About 2 years ago I was feeling really tired, fatigued and mentally defeated.I just considered it with getting older. I was put on medical leave by a different doctor thinking I was having anxiety issues, which I wasn't. I had missed my wellness checkup by 2 years, neglecting my health. After having my wellness checkup 2 years later, Dr. Kaplan called me into his office and began explaining what was going on with my body concerning my prolaspe. He went into great detail, drew pictures that I could understand and showed me detailed pictures on the computer. He didn't rush through the details. After the visit, I was overwhelmed and a bit nervous about my situation. I thought if I don't go forward with the surgery, things would only get worse for my health. So, Dr. Kaplan proceeded with tests for several weeks explaining my test results and helped to ease my fear and anxiety moving forward with the surgery. Once surgery was completed, Dr. Kaplan came into my room and assured me the surgery went well. The next few weeks were painful but the outcome was fantastic.
