I can't overstate how wonderful the RH team is. We interviewed a lot of design + build firms and they won out (and were very patient along the way as we went back and forth with questions and requests to meet again... and again). This is the first time we've taken on a project like this and I had a lot of anxiety and concerns, and they helped every step of the way helping me understand the what ifs, the process, the opportunities of when or how to modify decisions, etc. We also have a very shy cat who requires some extra care when strangers are around, and the main builder on our project has been so accomodating and respectful of our needs to support her through the construction, and he ensured all other parties did the same.
