Whereas when you purchase your jewelry from a shop like Castle, you'll be buying the actual value of the precious stones, metal, and workmanship. I went to lunch and came back afterwards and picked them up. Great personalities and good business sense; they didn't look down on me just because I'm only asking to replace watch batteries. But I was sold on Castle Gold and Silver last several years ago when I had a personally important watch that no one could repair: it was a solar powered watch and no one could or would touch it. I stopped in Castle G&S for new watch batteries and had this special watch with me. They looked at it and said "Sure, we can repair it." I told them to take their time and I'll pick it up next week when back in the area of town. Came back a week later and its held its time ever since. I take all my watches there now. Period.
