But they neglected to run water through my system which they said they were going to do. Three of my gutters wound up being clogged on a stormy day which I had to fix myself. They shot a pallet into my brick and broke my brick trying to belt the gutter to the wall. Man said nothing to me about that I had to also fix that. Six months later, we contacted them again, explaining we were ready to move forward, but that we didn't know what style we wanted. Steve said he'd been thinking about our home and had a unique idea in mind. We worked with him to design the concept, and Steve was wonderful the entire time. He took the time to explain to us how everything would come together, and to walk us through all of the material and design choices. He was also so friendly to all of us, including my mother in law and young children. He even had our little ones make hand prints and write their names with the date at the bottom as the final step!
