I told her that wouldn't be necessary since we were only a few miles away so we just drove over. Sure enough we were greeted by Rosa when we got there. Full disclosure, this is a granite / quartz fabrication shop so you will be in a work are as you go to the office. We were in the market for a high end quartz top to replace a vanity top in our half bath. We found the perfect remnant piece and within a few minutes Rosa gave us a quote. Seemed reasonable and we even paid extra to have them use their plumber to disconnect and connect our new faucet and sink. Rosa had someone stop by to measure the same day and they install was done the following day! We were a small job so I am sure they squeezed us in. But regardless, we were super happy with the product and the service. Highly recommend CS granite for all your stone needs!

I recently had a project where I gave them plenty of time notice, only to find out they didn't even prep the layout of the product until the day before and didn't even install the project. No phone call, no anything and left the client without an installation and no communication. They still have our stone. Don't know why and no excuses. I don't understand how this company thinks that can treat a long time client this way. I've seen this step-by-step getting worse with this company. I would not recommend them and them to anyone.

We are pleased to see the speed with which they have worked to address a frustrating situation for us and their dedication to ensuring it does not happen in the future. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The springs on our garage door broke. We had a copy of the Lifetime Guarantee information on our garage door that was installed by O'Brien from our home's previous owners, so I called to get it fixed. They found our home in their system (under prior owner's name), updated to our information and sent a tech out the next day (the only good thing they did). While I noted in the fine print that the lifetime guarantee only covered parts and not labor, so I expected to pay labor costs, when the tech arrived and inspected everything, he told us that they were not able to honor the lifetime guarantee and that we would have to pay for the new springs in addition to the labor. We were not able to get a straight answer as to why this was the case - we were told there was new ownership and they didn't accept the guarantees, that their records show only the motor was covered and not the springs (the guarantee certificate very explicitly states that 2 high lifecycle springs are covered), that maybe the install was done by someone else using their name (even though they told us they had records covering the motor). They offered us a discounted rate on the springs, but I am very disappointed that they are using such shady practices. I will not be using their services for our garage door ever again, and recommend everyone stay away.
