Emma was so kind as I navigated through the calls to insurance, AAA and finding a ride. She offered up waters and was a calming presence. Dave the owner was equally as great as he wasn't angered at all by the growing mess my car was creating and assured me that he would hose it off once the tow truck takes my car away.
