From the start, she was pushy and dismissive, immediately demanding that I fill out a rental tuxedo form for the wedding party without taking the time to actually listen to what I was saying. I explained multiple times that I was only there to get my fiancé measured for sizing purposes, and that I wasn't planning to rent from this location (we wanted to BUY) since I doubted they carried the color or fit we needed. Despite this, Iris insisted over and over that "this is our process" and refused to proceed unless I filled out the form--something I knew wasn't necessary. When I pointed out the exact suit I wanted my fiancé to try on just for size, she outright refused to let him try it and continued to push the paperwork. Her attitude only got worse--eye-rolling, scoffing, and blatantly ignoring what I was asking for. It was clear she had no interest in actually helping us and seemed more focused on forcing her way through a rigid process than offering customer service. She then abruptly walked away and handed us off to another associate. That associate was Jordan--thankfully. He was everything Iris was not: professional, respectful, and actually willing to listen. He immediately helped my fiancé into a suit, took accurate measurements, and confirmed that they didn't carry the color we needed. He didn't make us fill out a pointless form and instead offered helpful suggestions on where to find what we were looking for. He turned the entire experience around and deserves full credit for that. In the end, just as I originally said, we didn't need to fill out the form because they didn't offer what we were looking for. Iris wasted our time, made the experience stressful, and treated us with complete disregard. She lacks basic listening skills, interrupts constantly, and approaches customer interaction with an inflexible, almost combative attitude. If she's going to work in a customer-facing role, she needs serious training in professionalism and communication. Jordan saved this from being a 1-star review. His excellent service was the only redeeming part of our visit. I highly recommend working with him--just hope you don't get stuck with Iris first.

Well, two months later, there was no sign of any dress so I had reached out to the store to figure out what went wrong and if I was going to ever receive my dress. The owner of the store talk to me and told me that they don't do orders specifically for the brand of dress that I had so I wanted to know why they took his information down, knowing that they couldn't order the dress. The owner was really nice to me. He even offered me a refund without a receipt or anything due to the fact that I live all the way in Dallas and I couldn't drive four hours back just to get the situation taken care of. He refunded me the full amount which was very thoughtful and he took care of me throughout the whole process. I'm giving this place five stars just because of what the owner did, but the staff on the other hand was where the problem started and I don't know if it's because they were too busy talking to each other rather than actually helping people. I had been in that store twice just from when I had gone out and visited my boyfriend and both times when I was in the store, I felt like I was being judged and every time I looked over the associates were too busy chitchatting rather than helping people. Again, the owner of the store was very nice and very respectful and took care of me but for the staff, I'm not too pleased with their service of the other workers due to the fact that we had ordered a dress since they didn't have my size and turns out they never placed an order and for two months I waited and nothing happened until I reached back out.

This was the exact opposite of all previous experiences. My husband needed a new suit for an out of town job interview. Misty immediately fell in and took care of us with military precision. My husband and I got excellent, individualized attention, he got a splendid new suit and accessories AND the price was extremely reasonable.
