The manager could have easily taken a picture for me to review, but he didn't. When the job was finished, he simply drove my car around front, handed me the keys, and walked away--no apology, no thank you, nothing. When I pointed out the large oil stain he had left on my center console, he ignored me. So there I was, standing in the rain, cleaning up his mess myself--probably saying a few choice words. There are dozens of places to get your oil changed around here. Pick one. Just don't pick Speedy Oil Change on Greenville Ave. in Allen. TD WARNING!!!!! I recently visited the Speedy Oil Change location in Allen, Texas, for a routine oil change and inspection on my Acura TLX. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing due to careless workmanship. During the visit, the technician failed to properly secure the splash plate (skid plate) under my vehicle. As a result, while driving on the highway a few days later, the plate came loose and dragged along the road for several miles. When I took my car to an Acura dealership for inspection, they confirmed that 4 to 5 securing pins were missing--meaning they were never reinstalled after the oil change. To make matters worse, the dealership also noted that the technician had attempted to bend a piece of plastic to "secure" the plate instead of doing the job correctly. This kind of negligence is completely unacceptable. Not only did it cause unnecessary stress and inconvenience, but it also put my vehicle at risk for further damage. I strongly recommend that Speedy Oil Change reviews their service procedures and ensures their technicians are properly trained to avoid these kinds of careless mistakes. I'm also seeking reimbursement for the additional repairs this has now required. If you value your vehicle and your time, I'd suggest looking elsewhere for reliable service.

The drive up lane is not self service, but every time I've pulled up, I've been greeted by someone who was smiling and was happy to see me. The first time I visited, we had traveled from Parker to Wichita Falls, and the Ford was covered in bugs. One wash, and 99% of the bugs were gone. It was great. And it's been great every other time I've come. And now on my sixth wash in six weeks, which is needed because we still park outside since the garage is filled with moving boxes. I think the cheapest outside wash was like 8$ all the way to close to 20$. I asked if they dried the car afterwards and they do not- which usually I don't like- so I got the cheapest outside wash. However they do provide towels when you are vacuuming your car- so I really liked this better because even though I dried my car myself, I did it the way I wanted to and it looked nice and shiny at the end. The staff seemed really nice and on top of cleaning and picking up after people. The vacuums were good quality and you get one on each side of your vehicle and you don't really share them with the car next door like most places do. They have a lot of spots to vacuum so it doesn't feel crowded either. I think they may do inside cleaning as well but I honestly didn't ask about prices. Definitely I will be back to this car wash. Affordable, new, clean, quality machines, good service and its kind of near my home. Check it out!

Might try not packing cars bumper to bumper to allow the brushes to reset and get the front of the car vs skipping from the rear of the car in front to the windshield of the next car.
