(I did pay shipping originally) weeks go by with nothing. Was told by auctioneer that they were waiting on pick up. Finally I get emails and voicemails from a thicker accent guy saying he has my package and needs payment to ship. So I ignored thinking it was a scam. Nope it was Romital, after a couple emails he threatened just to take the product to donation since I didn't want to pay shipping again. Then he mentioned he could just take it back to auctioneer but basically ended up paying another $27 bucks to get .5 lbs box the size of a stick of butter. It was also 2 day delivery but took 4. Auctioneer, romital, and ups all failed this time

Two employees were loud, dismissive, and had very poor attitudes. One employee, Lauren, openly stated that she did not care about customer service. When I calmly asked if she was okay, she raised her voice and told me to "get out of the store," all in front of other customers. This behavior was completely unacceptable and embarrassing. No customer should be treated this way. I chose to take my business to FedEx instead, where I received excellent service--and my shipping cost was $20 less than what UPS quoted. The franchise owner should be aware of how customers are being treated and embarrassed of his employees.
