Very rude, inconsiderate, arrogant, and most importantly, disrespectful to those with disabilities. I walked in to their store to find out information about establishing a mailbox for my small business, and was accosted by so much perfume that I thought they were trying to cover up the smell of a dead body. Unbelievable how strong the scent was. I immediately asked if the strong scent was a regular thing, and with pride I was informed that they not only use some scented plugins that they refresh weekly, but ALSO burn a scented candle regularly. For such a small amount of space, this is completely unnecessary, and also harmful to those who suffer from Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS). They did not even give me an opportunity to explain why the noxious disgusting smell was a problem, instead they insisted that they must cover up the musky boxes. Really? That MUCH perfume for some cardboard boxes? Their response to my concern was made clear when they told me that I don't have to walk in there. They are completely right. I don't have to walk in there, and never will again. I imagine they would not treat a person like that if they saw they were in a wheel chair. But my disability is not something you see. This is not the first time I tried talking to a business about their use of noxious perfumes, but this is absolutely the first time, where I was treated with such arrogance and disrespect. As if I offended them by not enjoying their over-scented smelly store. As if I could control my condition. On my way out I asked if they ever read the ingredients of the "perfumes" they use. Of course they didn't. I knew the answer before I asked. But I asked anyway, just to make the point that I'm sure they missed. If you don't read the ingredients, then how do you know what you are circulating through your lungs and the rest of your body? Perfume is not perfume, it's a combination of chemicals, sometimes thousands of them. They're called phthalates, and people with MCS suffer terribly as a result of exposure. I found the other mailbox not far from their location not only treated me with the utmost respect, but also seemed to recognize that as a human being, I have a right to breathe fresh air. read more

I went to this business because I had a piece of heirloom jewelry to send to a jeweler for repair and I needed to have it signed for upon receipt. Instead of getting the required signature, my package was left on the doorstep of the business with no notification to the business. (Thankfully, the jeweler found the package the next morning.) I paid Mail Boxes N' More extra for the required signature and called them for a refund as soon as I discovered no signature was acquired. The manager said it wasn't his responsibility and I'd have to take it up with FedEx! (Of course, FedEx refused to refund my money, too!) I am disgusted with the attitude and extremely poor customer service of this business. I'll never go there again and can't recommend this business for your business. UPDATE!!! Out of the blue, I received my refund for this service yesterday. I don't know if it was because of my review, or simply a "change of heart", but I'm grateful. Hopefully, the next time they have an unhappy customer they will respond in a more professional manner. read more

I needed something notarized and when I left my house I didn't realize that the bottom of the document was cut off! They allowed me to use their computer and print for free so that I could get it notarized without having to return home. And although I would have paid for the print, they didn't charge me. I am disabled and I also care for a parent with Alzheimer's which keeps me housebound. I have used this business when I needed a notary. They have a mobile notary that will come to any location to assist you with your important documents. I have needed to use them twice: once for a will and most recently to stop payment on some stolen checks. It is not cheap to do this, especially when I could get it free at my bank, but when I can't leave home for this purpose, the charge is well worth it to me. They make an appointment and arrive promptly, which is also very important to me. I will use them again if I need to. read more
