Extremely rude staff. There are so many ways to ship items but they do not care about customer service. I've visited many FedEx offices in the last 15 years and today I was asked for ID to ship a box of clothes. This has never happened before. I asked the woman behind the counter when did this become a new policy and she stated it has always been a policy. Never been asked for ID before. She was very rude about it. I see that this is another bad review about customer service on top of many. The folks working couldn't care less. They were all "busy", so I used the computer to scan some documents on my own. Apparently it times out regardless of whether you finish or not. Apparently I was supposed to use a different machine but nobody was available to assist desire there being no business in line. Anyway, fast forward and the boyfriend of the girl working the front comes in with breakfast for her. Suddenly she's free and soreness the next 5 minutes taking to him. Calling FedEx for help is a joke. It took 30 min of trying to work their automated system just to get put on hold and never came back to, just go in if you need something I guess. These automated responses from machines are useless and unhelpful. read more

I'd forgotten about this, but I went here last year to make a top-quality copy of my Master's degree for my mother. The person who helped me was unfailingly helpful. We couldn't match the color of the diploma paper exactly, but they made four different copies before we found one that matched the most closely. I so appreciate their patience! It was also tricky to get the gold to show up. This time, I went to pick up a package that was supposedly "misaddressed." It was not, but whatever. Employees were still very helpful. They also have a huge selection of printing and shipping supplies, as well as cards. read more

Horrible service and accused of not paying. I went in to print some paper and as soon as I walked in I was not greeted nor was I offered any help which is totally fine as there is self service printing station not even 5 feet from the front door. I went to the self service station to pay and print and then I went about my way. As I was walking out, an employee finally asks if I needed help to which I replied "I don't need help i'm good". After I walk out, employee follows me to my car and asked if I had paid for lamination, I told her I did not even use the laminate machine and showed her the paper I printed out. She looked at me as if I was lying and I told her that I printed using the designated self service machine. The fact that the employees did not bother to even check what customers are doing in their own store and just randomly accusing me of not paying for a machine I did not use is highly unprofessional and shows the lack of customer service. Not entirely sure if I saw any other customer being questioned on their way out but I 100% felt singled out. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location. read more

The customer service was terrible, went there to try to use printing machines to print out somthing but the machine had an error and couldn't open my docs so i turend to the couter, and the lady was in the back and saw me wating at the counter just pretending not see me and let me wating there but finally came to me. I expained the printing machines couldn't open my docs and tried to get help from her to see if she can help , but she said if the machines can't open your , i can't either and also said my drive was broken!!! How do you know my drive was broken there is nothing worng with my drive , she inserted my drive to her computer it can be open with no issues ! how embarrassing! This location has plenty of parking, several push carts to transport items from your car. only problem is, the landing is far side of the front entrance and there are no parking nearby it. very inconvenient. I went in on a Sat about an hour before close. Instead of printing labels and giving me a quote, Allison had me write down my credit card number on the way bill and said they would keep it in the safe over the weekend and then call me to pick up my receipts. I never got a call so I went in to the store (because I had charges of $496 of charges on my card!). Spoke with Chiana who also researched and could not find my order and also said she would call me... which she never did. So today I went in for my third time to the store and spoke to Allison and gave her screenshots of the labels of the *Now delivered packages. She gave me nothing but attitude like I was inconveniencing her and then came over in a huff and handed me the receipts. When I asked her why I was being charged for packaging, considering I brought everything in packaged and taped up for two out of my three boxes, all she said was "call 1-800 FedEx " and was rude and dismissive like I was the one in the wrong!! This store is a joke and has terrible customer service. and will not see my business ever again. read more

Policies are ridiculous. They will not allow you to mail out anything even with an ID. My experience was terrible and I will never be coming back to FedEx. I will make sure to tell all my family and friends do not use FedEx and to choose another provider as they do not care about their customers, and their service has always been terrible to me and my family as well. read more

James and the entire team at this location are truly the gold standard for customer service and satisfaction. My company and I had a large shipment that needed to have 500, 35+ page bound notebooks printed and bound. We also needed them to be shipped later that week to about 300+ people. James and his team handled our request with grace, poise and confidence. With such a big project we weren't sure what to expect. The quality of the notebooks were exceptional and turned around in a timely manner that not only satisfied my company and I but our client. Of course there was a minor hiccup with such a large project but James was quick to get me in touch with the correct people and even assisted me in getting in touch with them himself. This minor hiccup was remedied swiftly and I spent less than 10 minutes on it. Truly fantastic service by this team and office. I stood at the copy and print counter for 15 mins and not one employee acknowledged me. I walked out. They took care of all the ship and pack people but couldn't even say a word to at least let me know they were sorry or that someone would be with me shortly. One employee addressed the people that were waiting to ship but couldn't even look at me. Extreme rudeness! I understand short staffing but there is no excuse for at least acknowledging the customer. Jeremy has terrible customer service. He stood in back. No one at counter. Came up front saw me waiting and arranged all tapes on wall. Finally asked me what I needed. I needed to email a FedEx slip to be printed. He gave me the email address. I needed shipping pouches and waited another 5 minutes for him to help me. No one else was in the store. I packaged all my envelopes and came back up to get the email FedEx slip I sent him and he says what do you need. I told him I emailed the slip. "Oh yah" he said. Also the guy at the counter (Dion) had no customer service skills, was rushing me through the sale and did not give any sort of quotes before proceeding to charge at the highest rate. I am a graphic designer and am at this FedEx all the time. Kerouac usually helps me with my projects and he is awesome. He always understands what I want and is careful to get my work to print exactly as I want it to. I have a hard time letting anyone else help me though I've never had a a bad experience at this location (can't say the same for all FedEx locations!) In the few instances something hasn't gone as I planned, Kerouac has fixed it and not charged me. I will keep coming back for sure! read more

Shocking. I go in on a Sunday afternoon to drop off a pre-paid, labelled box. The guy takes it and shakes it and says there is too much space inside. I told him that this was the exact box and packing that was sent to me via Fedex the week before. He said too bad, that he can't accept it. Then he proceeded to rip open my box and look inside and say, yeah too much space..."and don't you have any newspapers in your car or something??" I was shocked that he ripped open my package without asking and did not offer to tape it up. He should be fired for destroying customer property. I had to use my own tape to fix the box, then I dropped this off at a different Fedex store. It was Sunday of Labor day weekend, 2015, around 5pm. I did not get his name, but his name tag might have said "I-N-C-O-M-P-E-T-E-N-T," I will NEVER return to this store!! Plus I am not sure I will ever use Fedex again. When you guys put people like this in view of the public, you ruin your image and drive customers away. read more

I have had a couple last-minute, semi-complex printing requests that I've ordered online and picked up at this location. One was several bound color copies of a presentation that I needed to pick up in the WEE SMALL HOURS of the morning. The store was open and everyone who helped me was actually helpful! They didn't have the order completed when I arrived only because there were a few formatting errors that they wanted to make sure I approved. Katt was able to fix them quickly and get me out the door to my meeting with INCREDIBLE looking bound presentations! (The recipients commented on the paper quality and professional look!) The second crazy request I had was having three single page adobe files printed onto huge posters. I could not have been happier when I picked them up - they all looked professional and sturdy. Katt was there again to assist me and I'll be frequenting this FedExOffice whenever I need printing, binding, shipping, etc. Quick Turnaround? Check Helpful and Friendly Staff? Went here to ship a package and they couldn't accept it there. I had to go to the main FedEx. That didn't bother me so much as getting misinformation from them. I drove all the way out without the correct information and labels needed. I was told to tell them when I arrived what label I needed. When I arrived they said, "yes, you do need that label but we can't give it to you." I recommend fully understanding your shipping policies and not sending someone on with incomplete information. read more

When you are in the store, or on the phone the Customer Service is tremendous. HOWEVER, if you send an order online, give very specific instructions, and ask them to call with ANY questions They will do whatever they please. They will not tell you about additional charges or fees, and they will print your project with out a proof, a phone call, an estimate, or anything. read more

They said I could have a sheet for free that printed incorrectly with a mark on it and they still charged me before I could check.

Nothing like being almost ready with package and pick man runs out the door. Customer service. I think not.
