Took them 8 months to NOT fix my truck . I come to pick it up the battery was dead , I'm assuming it needed a boost I get home it wouldn't hold a charge . Had to pay someone to come put it on machine they fried my battery then I noticed 5 areas they didn't fix . I called them about the battery and repairs he told me to take it to Firestone .myself !!!!! but my battery is under my front seat so I had to pay someone take my front seat apart to get to the battery then take the battery to get it fixed that shouldn't be my job when I had a new battery before accident with no problems before accident Matt hung up in my face they didn't fix any of the repairs after making $11,000 . Very rude , unprofessional. They we're stalling looking for universal parts for my truck the entire time but didn't succeed . Im gettimg a lawyer . read more

First off was told 2 weeks before they could get to it .Then when we left it they said a week to fix it . Then it turned into 2 weeks . Crap paint job husband pointed out what was wrong. Got a call 5 days later that it was ready went to pick it up there was little improvement they tried to tell him you can't get the orange peel out. But not only that but there were several small dents and a large run on the driver door. They didn't want to fix it all . This is supposed to be a 5 star business not in my opinion. First of all, don't walk, but run from Lone Star Collision. They are a complete scam. They operate under the title Lonestar Collision & Towing (one company.) However, one office doest not speak to the other. One phone number is listed for both. My son had a collision and we didn't get to pick the towing company. All we knew is that Lone Star Collision & Towing picked up his car. The week after the accident, my son called them and a grumpy old lady told my son they did not have the car and that it was impounded. We called the police and they had no clue where the car was located. My ex husband passed away a month before the collision and my son's car was in his name. We didn't have access to his PO Box until 2 months after his death. That is when we found the notice from Lone Star Collision and Towing. I personally contacted them and I was told they didn't have the car. I called the police and they said that Mike's Wrecker service had it. (Are you confused yet? Yeah, so was I) I hung up and then a few moments later the police called back and confirmed that LC&T did have the car. I took off from work to go up there. I was informed that there was a 1200.00 Towing and storage fee!! To say I was ticked off is an understatement. I paid the towing and refused to pay the storage. Funny enough, the old lady seemed to know how to walk to the office right next to me so the lady could assist me with the storage charges. She offered to knock off 100.00. I wass so mad, I just left. I received an email from Sonny providing an estimate ffor the damages. He said that the car had to be released from the towing department. So basically, they were holding my sons car hostage a racking up daily storage charges. Sonny emailed me later and said he had the car and asked if I wanted him to tear the car ddown to get an exact estimate. I authorized him in writing to do so. I heard nothing for 3 weeks. I sent an email (because at this point I felt like everything needed to be in writing.) Cricketd for another week, so I sent yet another email aski g for an update. A week later Sonny responds ststing his email hadd been messing up (oh, okay) and did I receive the estimate. NO Sonny, I did not. So here we are three months later and the car still is not fixed. I had my grandson's truck repaired at Lone Star Collision after it had been in a hail storm in Colorado. In addition to the insurance claim, the truck had other damage. Leo worked with me to get some used replacement parts that saved me considerable money. The truck's body work was some of the best work that I had ever had and the paint and finish were excellent. I had an accident where I needed to have my truck towed. The office answered the phone quickly and was pleasant with me. They warned me up front of the wait which I was fine with since they warned me in advance. The driver was nice and professional. I couldn't find a ride home from the shop. Instead of making me call an uber, the driver took me home. I definitely would recommend using these guys for your towing needs. read more

I hit a huge pothole in the middle of the night on US 67 west of Cleburne and my roadside service sent out a tow truck from LoneStar. The truck arrived 30 minutes earlier than I expected and the tow truck operator was very thorough. He took time to explain the process and took lots of care with my car. They hauled the car directly to the dealer and put me first in line for service the next morning. If you're calling a tow truck, you're not having a good time. I brought my husbands truck here to get it fixed from of dent. They handled all the insurance claim situation and fixed his truck within 5 days of being in the shop...that's ordering the part, fixed, and washed his truck. The brake light went out on the side that was fixed a day after getting it back so I took it up there and they quickly fixed it. Gary was the main man I dealt with and he went above and beyond what I expected. Will def be using them in the future!! read more

This has been the worst experience of ever owning a car that needed repairs. Not only have they LIED on paperwork to my insurance, my car was not fixed properly. They had my car for SEVEN weeks, I get it back and i have no dash lights, no tail lights, blower motor is shot, TIE RODS are not connected, window washers dont work, ball bearing is bad....the list goes on and on. Not only did they do crap work, the owner was rude and disrespectful. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company who recommended this HORRIBLE place. I will be taking my car to another body shop so that I can actually feel safe in my car again. I am just so disappointed with the work and the customer servive, or should I say lack of! They actually LIED to my insurance regarding when I dropped off my car. Why would someone in a car accident pick up their rental car that is covered by insurance for 30 days and wait two weeks to drop off the car for repairs? Doesnt even make sense. However from the way the last three months have gone dealing with this, it does make sense....they have no ethics, FIND ANOTHER BODY SHOP....THIS ONE ISNT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!! read more
