Great little old school motorcycle shop. Good place to hang around, have a smoke while Dave works on your bike.

As of 05/24/2018?, I will never be back. They go through service techs like toilet paper. I have never seen the same person since October 2017. The service managers have had the same problem. And the current guy there? He just does not care. Or does not know. Zero people skills. Zero customer skills. Burned out. And this type of culture goes all the way up to TONY! He could care less. No eye contact. No social skills. No customer skills. He has zero going for him. So? In general? The place simply sucks as any kind of experience. Rarely see inventory move. Every time I took my machine in? I left with another problem. Most have no idea what they are doing. I would not send my worst enemy to them., nor my dead goldfish. My entire experience with them has been very frustrating and extremely disturbing. Do yourself a favor! Save yourself some grief!! SIMPLY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Good Luck!!

And then, give an excuse/story that a person with the same sort of bike, allegedly refused to pay them, after alleged bike was taken apart; because he felt the price to fix it was too steep or just didn't wanna pay. t And allegedly the bike sat in the garage for a year before they could do whatever with it. Just spare me the Aesop's fables, and say, you don't like working on certain bikes... or, are too inexperienced Most businesses in Florida, have little to no care about QUALITY customer service. I felt I was being assessed, ranked or judged by what the employees and boss, thought I didn't have; IE, enough money to want my bike FIXED. Already dealt with too many shady, con pricks in Miami "service" departments like that. Where they milk you for as much as they THINK or FEEL you have to be milked of; then whatever happens after they have they're loot, you have to fix a new issue with the vehicle. Guess you have to go into establishments such as this, with a proverbial golden spoon welded to the roof of your mouth, for them to take you seriously. No Thanks. From the bottom of Florida, to the top....it's a SHADY, SUSPECT game of chance, when it comes to anyone knowing anything, being willing to fix anything or trusting ANYONE with a vehicle. DONE.

As part of a birthday extravaganza, my boyfriend wanted to rent a Honda Goldwing motorcycle. And Goldwings are completely not available in Jacksonville so we were originally planning a trip to Orlando when we heard Daytona had one available. As a part of the Eaglerider motorcycle rental group, they can bring in various bikes a person may want to rent. We planned a one day rental and the shop was super accommodating allowing us to pick up the bike after they were closed. The rental included helmets and basic insurance to cover the bike. This was my first time being on a motorcycle and after being terrified the first half of the initial ride, I slowly began to enjoy myself. I was much better the second day for our sightseeing trip. I definitely recommend A1A - driving right next to the ocean and smelling the salt in the air is what living in Florida is all about. We returned the bike shortly before closing the following day. We chatted with the owner, Chris, who did the walk around the check the bike. The bike was in great condition and we had no problems. They included two locks and we did use the brake disc lock when we left it in a parking garage because, ya know, no one wants to pay that $1k deductible should someone try to take it. Chris checked us out and they walked us through a bunch of other vehicles available. If you want to rent a t-rex, this is your place. If you want to check that out, other bikes, drool over a Vanderhall, go here. Everyone was super friendly, answered questions, and didn't make fun of my complete ignorance of anything and everything motorsports. I hope they get a passenger backrest for the Spyder so we can rent that next without me worrying about falling off the back!
