The owner, Roland, is rough around the edges and lacks basic customer service skills -- but I initially gave him the benefit of the doubt, assuming he was simply busy. I had my Kawasaki ZX9 towed in for front brake and caliper repairs. I specifically asked for a quote before any work began, but instead of calling me, I had to chase him for the numbers each time. The total ended up being $1,300, which I paid in person since I couldn't pick up the bike myself due to knee surgery. I arranged for a tow company to retrieve it, gave Roland their details, and provided the pickup time. After the tow company left with my bike, Roland called to say they had used a wrecker and "didn't know what they were doing," making it sound like my bike was likely damaged. This caused me unnecessary panic -- especially since he never called me before the bike was moved. When I asked why he didn't call earlier if he was so concerned, he got angry and hung up on me. When the bike arrived, it was in perfect condition. His alarming phone call was completely unwarranted, and the stress he caused was unnecessary. While I can't yet speak to the quality of his repair work, I can say that his attitude, lack of professionalism, and poor communication were enough for me to decide I won't return. In the future, I'll tow my bike to Orlando or Tampa, where I've received skilled service and respectful treatment.

I was moving a lot and got tired of loading and unloading my motorcycle into my Toy Hauler travel trailer. So, I decided to sell my bike and buy another one when I am doing less traveling. So, while traveling close to Daytona, I took a drive to speak with Midwest. I described my bike to them and they looked it up online. They asked me how much I wanted for the bike and agreed to take the bike in on consignment. Within three weeks I got a check in the mail for my full asking price. The whole experience from start to finish was very professional and rewarding. Very nice people to deal with. Next time, I am interested in selling or buying a bike, I'll call them first.

He's serious about his work, cool, calm, collected. No drama just took care of it and sent me on my way. After rehab, I started getting the desire again and began looking for a bike. I was unsure as to what I wanted, so I spent a lot of time sitting on a lot of different bikes at a lot of different dealers. My 20 year old step son was also looking for a motorcycle, his first one. Our experience at All Out Power Sorts in Daytona Beach was by far the best. Randy patiently took the time with us to answer every question. Never one time did he try to "hard sell" us. He was also very reasonable when it came to discussing offers. He accepted my step son's offer, took his scooter in on trade, and even let him keep riding the scooter until he got his motorcycle endorsement. He bought a 2002 Suzuki 650 Savage. Randy gave him a 30 day 3000 mile warranty. About a week after picking it up, he noticed oil leaking. No questions asked, Randy said bring it in and replaced a seal. After bringing the bike home, days later it began to leak again. Randy said bring it in again, they had to order special parts and let my stepson take his scooter back to ride until it was properly fixed. My bike had a couple issues after I brought it home as well. I bought a 2007 Honda VTX1300 with 30,000 miles on it. Beautiful Bike. Chrome everywhere. I made Randy an offer and he accepted it. I wanted to make sure I didn't pay too much so I shopped around a lot. I got a really good bike for a fair price. Also gave me a 30 day 3000 mile warranty. My wife wanted to get a more expensive bike, but I was unsure because of my new hip. So Randy told me that if I ride around and want to trade up right away, he'd give me full credit for what I paid for the Honda if I decide to trade up. My bike had trouble starting the first morning I brought it home. Again, no questions asked, Randy said bring it in. The mechanic "John" trouble shot it, and discovered that one of the charging wires was not working properly, had to order a new one, so they lent me a plug-in charger to plug in to my bike until they got the part in. Once it came in, they fixed it right up, and I haven't had a problem since. For the price, the quality of the bike, the quality of the service and the positive attitude of the staff, you won't find a better place to buy a used motorcycle in Central Florida than All Out Power Sports
