He had mentioned that we would hear back in 48 hours. The same day that i'd been shown the house, that night I put in an application (that's how much I liked the property manager and the house). Days went by, no response at all. I sent multiple emails through zillow and through the email the company provided me. No communication at all. I had high expectations and just ended up not even caring about the house anymore. I hope this company can improve their communication skills.
