The technicians have been helpful in taking photos and explaining things with my eye. The machines they use for the eye exams and photos are high quality. He was gentle when wiping the tears/fluid off of our daughter's face. Dr. Roh is the best! He was very professional and compassionate, and his calm demeanor and reassuring voice helped our daughter feel comfortable. Dr. Roh explained every step and procedure, which helped our daughter completely trust Dr. Roh and his treatment plan. We walked out with our daughter feeling better. I've been going to several ophthalmologists for the past couple days but none of them was able to help:( He was the one doctor who was on call that weekend luckily(apparently Retina Vitreous Group is the most reputable and biggest retina group in LA county and there are 11 doctors total in their huge group!!) He returned my ophthalmologist's call immediately, took over my case and saw me right away in his downtown office. He did surgery and got my vision back! Mom is back in the South Bay and scheduled to see Dr. Nguyen in 6 months. Location is in an office building in the Rolling Hills Plaza near the movie theater.
