Go back and am told they don't have 14g with what I got which pissed me off because it said you had them online. She finds it. Like, you had one....literally ONE job. Came to this location and arrived at 8:52 pm, maybe lol. Noticed everyone check their watch. I understand. It's close to closing time and everyone wants to go home. They let us know we have to pay before 9 pm. I'm assuming their POS does not let transactions through after 9. Understandable. No big deal, we know what we want. But they were nice and let us in since we knew what we wanted. Edibles. Wow!!! Do they have a big range of Wally drops!!! And flavors I've never seen before. This is an absolutely garbage store. I ordered some thing that I need to treat my anxiety. I was told it was there. It was put aside for me and I came to pick it up. First, they told me that they wouldn't except patients after 9:45 even though I've been told that he should show up until 10 o'clock. Then when I asked when I actually let me in the store, they told me that they didn't have the product that I ordered and they had no idea why the other person said they had it even though I had a receipt that clearly showed what I ordered. They told me all they had with this other product so I left I came back literally 30 seconds later because I decided to take a look at another product, and they wouldn't let me buy anything because I had walked in past their cut off time. The service is trash and the employees are disrespectful. The manager Brent is not only rude but he accused me of fishing for an undeserved discount. Though I have proof that before he tampered with my order, I was given the discount by the app I ordered from and it wasn't until after he said he was updating my order that the discount suddenly disappeared. I have proof that I was given the discount on my original receipt as it was my first time ordering from them online. I graciously accepted that maybe as an employee there was nothing they could do so I just told him to let customers know that when updating their order original discounts may no longer apply. Avoid this location at all cost!! I showed up about 12 minutes prior to them closing and the security guard SAW me park and as I was getting off my car he locks the door. I go and knock and ask if they close at 10 or close whenever they want. The staff (a tall woman is laughing in the back) the security guard then approached the door and said they're closed and proceed to call me a N***a. How professional is that? Unless you want to be mistreated by a bunch of thugs and laughed at by the staff then by all means come here. I would never expect this type of behavior by a professional business. Tonight, I ordered from Long Beach Wellness Center and got a quick phone call back from the manager saying I needed to text him back a photo of my driver's license with a photo of myself. I sent it to the number I had gotten texts from (The same 415 phone number.) The manager said we would get our order around 8 pm. I tried calling the number, but it would not take phone calls. That is the very same number I sent my photo to. I finally called the phone number that the dispensary called me from I had not even realized it was a different number then the 415 number. The young smug male manager answered and said I screwed up by never completing my order ~as he did not see any photos of myself with my driver's license. I explained exactly what happened and he told me completely indifferently that I this was entirely my fault! he also said at that time of night it was too late to order. I've come to the conclusion that if you have a choice where and how to spend your hard-earned cash, stay away from LBWC. This place used to be my favorite dispensary in all of southern CA. They have now switched over payment systems so they charge $5 if you pay with card, and the process takes unbelievably long. Why do I need to give you my phone number to buy some weed? And there isn't even a rewards or point system tied to it. Not worth the extra inconvenience at all. Before this recent visit, if I was ever inconvenienced the workers would throw in something extra for free or a deal and that is no longer the case. My purchase yesterday was charged in two separate transactions, meaning I was charged the extra $5 twice due to their mistake. I went to this dispensary for the first time recently and brought a heavy hitters cart. The cart was beyond bad and there was something definitely wrong with it. It had nothing to do with taste it was unhittable meaning you cannot hit it without having severe chest pain. There is no taste of anything that resembled cannabis in it. Which means someone messed up along the line and letting this product make it to the shelf. I talk to one of the employees to let them know they might have a bad batch, and HE suggested that I contact Heavy Hitters to get a replacement and assured me that if they're unable to help me that he could exchange it for me. And this was after he looked at the cart himself and analyzed it. So I did the work and contacted Heavy Hitters and they said it was OK to make the exchange and when I went in the manager there at LB wellness center He said no he would not do it. And told me that they do not make exchanges based on taste. I told him it had nothing to do with taste that there was something definitely wrong with what was inside of the cart. He basically told me that he's sorry that I did not like it and will not exchange it. What sucks about this is that another employee told me that he would do it and told me exactly what I should do as the procedure. I did that and came back and all I got besides an employee telling me no I was a young guy just being snotty with me. I'll never go in that place again. I'll never endorse it! I was trying to support a local business but some of these local businesses forgot about good customer service. We don't need businesses like this in our neighborhood when there's so many other businesses of its kind that are local and treat the customer way better. Second time in there to buy select brand CBD oil, second time they were out of stock. Here's a little retail tip, if it sells fast, order a lot and often. Since I was already there though, I decided I would purchase another brand and see how it worked. Then came the icing on the cake. A $3 charge to use my debit card. That is an absolute BS policy. If you are that lean and strapped for liquid funds, you are definitely doing something wrong, otherwise you are just fleecing customers. I doubt I will be coming back.
