They had a three-hour, two-person thing and said to pick five rooms. I picked the kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, and if there was time, bedroom. Five. They spent 2.5 hours in the relatively clean kitchen and managed to do the bathrooms. I was going to give 3-4 stars because of D's efforts to make the booking trouble right. But when I got into bed last night- the cleaners left when they "blew a fuse" and prevented me from working- there was GARBAGE piled up ON MY BED. WHERE MY PILLOW IS. There was also garbage on the night stand and boxes randomly piled everywhere. They did not do the living room but J called and told me I could pay more for them to do the mopping they were supposed to do. It sucks because I need a regular cleaner and I have this important event and now a wake today and I am scrambling to do this work that wasn't done. But the garbage in my bed was just ... so awful. I've never experienced anything like it. I loved that D. tried hard to get someone here but one of the cleaners just did not want to clean. The other was nice but she can't do it all herself. So now I have to take off work and clean for a job I spent hours arranging. I do get my house cleaned about once a month. The toilets and baths needed scrubbing (stuff cleaners do) and floors needed mopping (again, stuff cleaners do) but the house was not in condition that more than three hours is needed. Cleaners are usually in and out in 90 minutes and make my bed look nice, not like a landfill.

Then today, we brought them back after clearing out two additional rooms for 'deep' cleaning and to give a once-over of our kitchen and bathrooms. Awful experience with this company. First they didn't book the appointment after we called. Then they showed up almost 40 minutes late to our house for a deep cleaning which we were told would take 4 hours. My wife and I left to run errands. When we returned 2 hours after they started the two women were packing up to leave, and drove off in their cars as we pulled into the driveway. When we entered the house, it was no cleaner than when we left. There were crumbs in the main walkway of the kitchen, finger prints on every mirror, and scum in the shower. There was no sign that they cleaned anything. They didn't even move object around on surfaces like the kitchen island or entertainment center to make an attempt at cleaning. When I called jay to complain, he made it seem like it was my fault for not understanding the services. When I spoke to the owner he threatened to take me to small claims court if i refused to pay. The cleaners did not even do the most basic of cleaning services. He argued that I needed to at least pay them for their time. My point was I should not be responsible to pay his employees for THEIR time if they didn't do the service hired to perform. They did offer to reclean the house at no cost to me, but I would never let this company enter my house again In response to comment- prior to the cleaning we were specifically instructed not to give payment to the women performing the cleaning. The supervisor, Josh was scheduled to arrive at our house after the cleaning to collect payment. When we arrived home we did call and spoke to Jay on the phone who was very confrontational telling me I was incorrect about the expectations of the cleanings and that Josh the supervisor would come to my house to address the concerns. When josh arrives he did agree the cleaning was subpar. While josh was in my home the woman who performed the cleaning barged into my house without knocking and very aggressively yelled at me asking "what didn't she clean" I then told her to leave my home because I did not want her in my home with that level of anger. I did state she didn't have any paperwork, meaning badge, company shirt, or anything stating that she was a professional cleaner, in no way indicating anything regarding her immigration status. Josh handled the situation very professionally and did the best he could to settle the situation, which was appreciated.
