Iris was my cleaner - she arrived early/on time and was happy to stay to clean for the full 1.5 hours for my studio cleaning. Yesterday there was a slight mix up where the cleaner had trouble getting in my building. I was in the phone with Lina trying to figure out where she was. When I found her I asked Lina to hold on while I got my credit card. She said let me call you back. When she called me back she asked how the cleaning was going and if I wanted the additional hour. I said no that I didn't think It would be necessary. She said ok and I offered her my groupon and was ready to pay the balance, she took the groupon and said thank you and that was that.

Unfortunately, that wouldn't work with my schedule so I had to reschedule. Then the woman who came the second time showed up an hour late. She said she had been outside the building but didn't have my cell number to call me and had to wait for someone to come out. This was unfortunate because I left instructions that I don't have a call box and that my cell needed to be called to let the cleaner in. Once someone was finally in the apartment, they did a great job.

PREVIOUS POST (before they no-showed a second time and failed to issue the refund they promised) I've used this service 3 times now. They do a great job and bring their own cleaning supplies. There was a tech issue with my third appointment, and the customer service in rectifying it was incredible, they offered to refund and also set up a follow up cleaning appointment. It is the best customer service I've experienced in a long time!

He was able to get someone to come by the apartment (even though I gave them short notice) and I thought the price quoted were pretty reasonable. Damon was also very responsive and answered any questions I had quickly. The cleaner who came by was nice, professional, and got the job done well. The apartment looks great!
