I met the cleaner and was hesitant because he was very young, and unclear of the job to clean the whole place not just two rooms which was strange to me. Once I came back after cleaning was done bathroom was still dirty and it seemed like he just surfaced cleaned areas and didn't move rugs or to sweep or mop. This is my first time using them and definitely would not have them back. Update photo added: I left money while I ran errands and came back to see the end result. Awful experience with this company. First they didn't book the appointment after we called. When we checked in to follow up they said "it was a miscommunication" and that the time we initially requested was no longer available. Then they showed up almost 40 minutes late to our house for a deep cleaning which we were told would take 4 hours. My wife and I left to run errands. When we returned 2 hours after they started the two women were packing up to leave, and drove off in their cars as we pulled into the driveway. When we entered the house, it was no cleaner than when we left. There were crumbs in the main walkway of the kitchen, finger prints on every mirror, and scum in the shower. There was no sign that they cleaned anything. They didn't even move object around on surfaces like the kitchen island or entertainment center to make an attempt at cleaning. When I called jay to complain, he made it seem like it was my fault for not understanding the services. When I spoke to the owner he threatened to take me to small claims court if i refused to pay. The cleaners did not even do the most basic of cleaning services. He argued that I needed to at least pay them for their time. My point was I should not be responsible to pay his employees for THEIR time if they didn't do the service hired to perform. They did offer to reclean the house at no cost to me, but I would never let this company enter my house again In response to comment- prior to the cleaning we were specifically instructed not to give payment to the women performing the cleaning. The supervisor, Josh was scheduled to arrive at our house after the cleaning to collect payment. When we arrived home we did call and spoke to Jay on the phone who was very confrontational telling me I was incorrect about the expectations of the cleanings and that Josh the supervisor would come to my house to address the concerns. When josh arrives he did agree the cleaning was subpar. While josh was in my home the woman who performed the cleaning barged into my house without knocking and very aggressively yelled at me asking "what didn't she clean" I then told her to leave my home because I did not want her in my home with that level of anger. I did state she didn't have any paperwork, meaning badge, company shirt, or anything stating that she was a professional cleaner, in no way indicating anything regarding her immigration status. I was absolutely astonished at the fantastic customer service that Jaire provides... I scheduled a first time appointment and the person he had set to come had to cancel at the last minute.. I understood that things are sometimes out of your control so I was willing to reschedule but Jaire said that he made me a commitment and he would come and do it himself! Recently, I visited my family in NY, and realized my grandparents needed a bit of cleaning with their home. They are stubbornly independent so I tried my best to find a service that fits their needs, but was also professional enough to handle them. I came upon this service after being referred by a friend and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their team. It was simple to book an appointment on the company website, which was important because I was only back home for a short amount of time. The person who spoke to me was professional and prompt with his responses and my concerns. We discussed prices and when they could come for a cleaning, which was done within 24-48 hours. After, the cleaning was performed my grandparents contacted me thanking me for my help, and expressing their satisfaction (a big plus from my grandma). You don't think this was worthy of a 1 star review?! Let's break down everything so the people viewing this can understand why your company is horrible. 1) The ONE kid you provided to clean our house was COMPLETELY unprepared. He had a vacuum with just the attachment for a rug (our house is entirely hardwood). Therefore the vacuum didn't pick up any dust and just kicked it around. He did not vacuum in the corners of the house because he didn't know how to detach the hose (I had to show him). He did not have a mop and I don't care what you say about him having a top line swiffer.....it didn't work. The kitchen shelves were filthy and there was still dried up pee on the side of our toilet. Please see the pictures below. 2) If the service provided wasn't bad enough. You then called me the next day to first complain to me about your work-life balance. Then you proceed to tell me that you do not care what I think about the cleaning service provided and that YOU think he did a great job.....I didn't realize that's how businesses were ran these days. You didn't even see the condition of the house yet you accuse us of being "hyperbolic" and "fantastical". He literally said those exact words to me as his customer.....how is that the way you treat an unsatisfied customer? 3) There website claims they will send out an additional cleaning team and/or refund you if you are not satisfied. Well....when I asked for him to honor that he told me that it's "only under certain criteria". He then never explained what that criteria is and refused to send anybody back or refund the money. I was in such shock from our phone conversation that I gave up and hung up on him. We spent the entire weekend cleaning the house ourselves. 4) We called him ONE TIME on Saturday to inform him that we will be reporting his company and his response was "Please stop contacting us. Its borderline harassment, and your hyperbolic and obviously petty attempts to ruin us are quite annoying." This is not made up, please see the screenshot of the text below. And if you think that's a fake text just call the number but he probably won't answer anyway. So if you still are considering using Fresh Take Cleaning after reading this I wish you the best of luck....Although they probably won't even answer their phone or online chat m Edit* in response to you Jaire. That was your phone number and you are a blatant liar. But I guess keep making things up to hide everything. I hired your company to clean my house and the service received was less than satisfactory. First we were told that someone would be at the house at 9am today, but apparently the was a miscommunication and the cleaning was not scheduled for until 10am. It took me 55 minutes to get in touch with someone from the company, no one was answering the phone or the online chat from 9:00am until 9:55am. In my previous conversation with the company I stated that this job was for a 3Bedrooms 3 baths house with an eat-in kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a tv room. A house this big is a job for at least 3 (maybe 2) people. Instead, the company sent one person who initially said it would take him 2:30 hours to clean the house (to clean a house that size decently, it would take at least 5 hours). The person "forgot" to bring wood polish, which is very obvious for the state they left the floors. the floors did not seem like they were vacuumed or swept properly (please see attached pictures). Nothing was dusted, all flat surfaces that I touched were filled with dust. The mirrors were dirty, the stainless steel appliances had marks on them, the light fixtures were dusty and still had fingerprints from the installation, the cabinets were still sticky, the windows were dirty, the bathroom mirrors were dirty, the kitchen sink was still dirty from the installation, I can go on and on. We were hoping to move into our new home this weekend. but at this point, I don't see how that is possible. The delay your company has caused us has had a very negative effect on our schedule, not counting the frustration and money wasted. Please either send an actual cleaning crew that is prepared to our house tomorrow morning or refund us our money. Your timely response would be greatly appreciated. read more

Hired to clean my 2200 sq ft house so it was ready to be put on the market. Not a huge house, but not small. I was skeptical when one person showed up. Was even more skeptical when she didn't have a vacuum cleaner. She was very nice and pleasant. I thought it was a little aggressive that the charge per window was an additional $5 per window. Since I was trying to get the house really clean I figured why not. I expected spotless windows for that price and got streaky glass and half dusted panes. The kitchen counter tops still had sticky spots and dust. The young lady broke one of the blinds. To her credit she offered to pay for it. Which I did not accept. When the gentleman came to collect the fees, i mentioned all of this and he offered a $15 discount off of the bill. I was underwhelmed. read more

I am really particular about my home. We were doing some renovations and needed help with cleaning. I submitted an on line inquiry and Jay called me back to see what I needed. He was really professional and we scheduled an appointment for someone to come and clean. Josh was the person who came to work with us. He came right on time and was extremely pleasant and professional. Our main priority was having my extremely hard to clean windows done. Josh did a fabulous job! He was meticulous and just an overall pleasure to work with. I had previously been calling services to clean out my mother's apartment in preparation for a move and ended up doing much of what was needed on my own because I couldn't find a company like this. The first company canceled last minute so I frantically searched for a company that could do such a big job on such short notice. I found Fresh Take Cleaning they were able to squeeze me in last minute, the two guys they sent arrived on time and were really nice, they assured me they could finish the job within 3 hours. After 3 hours I was pleasantly surprised they cleaned my entire home the walls, baseboards, outside all cabinets, both bathrooms, every bedroom, vacuumed and washed the floors. I booked online for a one time cleaning. We went with the deep clean option. The prices are really reasonable. Ana and her partner were super diligent in their work.
