My husband called 911 and although I was in agony I was aware how great the ambulance people were: Amazing, and once we go to Stony Brook U Hospital everyone was terrific. I asked people their names but sorry to say I can't remember them. I will say PA Kathryn Walton was amazing. She did an awesome job stitching up my laceration, and she was so kind, professional and comforting. Dr. Brian McMahon was THE NICEST doctor! He took such great care of me. He was so considerate and I knew I was in great hands. I can't say enough wonderful things about these two physicians. Additionally, Everyone I came into contact with was amazing........nurses, aids, transport people, Xray and Cat Scan techs. I had a very long recovery, and thought about how fortunate I was to get the exceptional care that I did from all these people. God bless them, and Thank you to all of them. This was an experience I will long remember, especially because of the care I received.

Otherwise, it would be in your best interest to receive care elsewhere where the physicians are more curious and strive for better quality care from the top down. First made cuff so tight my hand was turning red. Then the reading was wrong. She swabbed my throat for strep. Probably did rapid wrong. PA comes in and says post nasal drip. I knew it was something else. She says we will send strep test out Im sure you won't be hearing from us because it's not strep. Four days later I get the call I have strep. It was clear the ma and pa had no idea what they were doing. I had to suffer all week. Also when pa did blood pressure it was a big difference from when ma did it. I will never go here again.

Of course they didn't try to call back. Also been 10 days since I submitted email request . No response . Luckily my bank reversed the charges but still zero response or accountability for taking $384. Healthcare workers / providers are good no complaints. However TWICE I was signed up automatically for "convenient " payment plan even though I'm a Northwell employee and have 10$ co pay. Took both my kids a few weeks ago , paid my co pay all was well. Until get notice that 384$ (192x2) was going to be charged. I called and was on hold over an hour. Finally got someone and they said they made mistake at clinic , apologized and said it was taken care of and I wouldn't be charged. Lo and behold, 2 days later $384 was taken out of my debit card. It's been 4 more days and cannot get a hold of anyone. You can have them call back but every time , HOURS later when I get call back. It gets disconnected. I'm super angry . $384 out of ny debit card and CANNOT get anyone to help me
