In B-league (8-man) the rules are similar enough to the NFL that it doesn't take more than a game to adjust. The refs are fine as far as refs go. The games are usually competitive as most teams are playing at the appropriate skill level. Overall good league but could be great if certain fields were eliminated and the refs controlled the tempers a bit more. In about 1/2 the games a fight almost breaks out and even when a punch is thrown I havent seen refs throw anyone out. Pretty wild considering their are kids watching these games.
