The owner, Tom, is very knowledgable regarding exercising and what you should be doing versus what you should not be doing. I've never felt intimidated or uncomfortable while being there but rather strong and confident. The classes are intense and you ALWAYS feel like you're getting the workout of your life. You will definitely feel every bone and muscle in your body getting a full workout. The classes change on a daily basis and the best part is these classes are universal in that they are appropriate for a beginner in the fitness world or someone who's been working out for some time. I also really like the motivation the staff provides and they never let you slack off. Though these are classes, the staff focuses on every person individually throughout the class and will provide you with guidance/assistance/corrections on any exercises you may find difficult or that you may be doing incorrectly. Additionally, in the 2 years I've been attending this gym, all of the other clientele I've met have been nothing but nice, fun and motivating as well. We push each other to higher limits and enjoy calling each other out if one of us falls short on an exercise. However, I tried to call numerous times to reschedule a session for a better time when no one answered my various calls or returned my messages. I later received a call from Sam who accused me of not calling or leaving messages. He was rude and not helpful. Attached are photos of how many times I've called and left messages with no luck. As a patron of this business I would have appreciated not to be made out as a liar. Instead, it would have been great for them to understand that they actually do not have someone by the phones at all times and try to accommodate my appointment for my final two sessions that I paid for since this was an error on their part. Moral of my story- the customer should not be penalized for not using up the sessions in the package during the mandated timeframe when no one answers the phone when you call to set up an appointment. I would say, if you want flexibility and customer service this is not the place for you. They cheated my sister out of two sessions when we paid for 5. Put your time and money elsewhere.
