My problem was with the fish. The white fish was so thin it was 75% batter. Truthfully long Johns sells a better fried white fish. Our waitress was great. Decor inside is 80s and 90s with baby blue walls. Ambiance is okay, with carpet and mostly an older crowd on a weekday lunch. I reviewed the menu and saw many fried options, but they also had many broiled options too. I went with the captains platter and colleague went with the fried platter called the fisherman's platter. My colleagues meal was a huge fried platter and I didn't think he could eat it all, turns out I was right but not because it was to nuch food. It was actually just not very good. He kept complaining about the stuffed clams and how rubbery and nearly impossible they are to eat. He is from Louisiana so he knows good seafood, but when we were heading to the car he said the food was basically like Captain Ds...... My seafood was edible but it didn't taste fresh by any means. We were not a fan of the hush puppies, at all. I really didn't like the baked potato either....it wasn't cooked well. The best part of the meal is that the iced tea tasted good.

The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating, and I believe there's also a bar area. We were seated right away, which was a great start. Their menu has a little bit of everything, from appetizers and gumbo to customizable seafood boils with different seasoning and spice options. Before our meal, they brought out their cheesy crab bread, and unfortunately I didn't snap a picture because we all devoured it within minutes. It was that good! I ordered a half pound of crawfish, a half pound of snow crab legs, and a lobster tail with the Cajun seasoning, "Make It Hot." Everything was delicious! The snow crab legs were packed with flavor, and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the lobster tail--it was incredibly meaty, buttery, and cooked perfectly. The boil also came with sausage, corn, and potatoes, making it a hearty meal. I also have to give a shoutout to our server, Amanda. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. She checked on us often, cleared the table as we finished, and gave great recommendations when we had questions about the menu. If I ever find myself back in Tennessee, I'd definitely come back to Storming Crab!

I ordered 1lb of snow crab legs and added 1/2 lb of shrimps. It definitely felt like it had more crabs. Flavor was good too I got Cajun medium Felt like it could have been a bit more spicy but oh well.

The place is a warm and welcoming atmosphere with bold and vibrant colors that is unique to the Corbin area. The menu offers something for everyone. Ya-Ya's menu offers guests a wide range of alternatives and showcases Southern mainstays and Creole classics. Jambalaya, a smoky and spicy rice dish loaded with meat and vegetables, and Étouffée, a thick and savory stew seasoned with traditional spices, are examples of signature foods. Those who enjoy seafood can add shrimp, crab, crawfish, or sausage to their seafood boil, along with a variety of seasonings such Old Bay, Cajun, or Ya-Ya's own mix. Spaghetti aficionados might savor the Cajun Alfredo or the luscious andouille spaghetti. The menu also features traditional homestyle dishes like pot roast, chicken and dumplings, and chicken pot pie, all of which are crafted with the same attention to detail that makes one think of home-cooked meals. The Shepherd's pie, country fried steak, and fried chicken are among the menu items for people seeking substantial Southern comfort food. A memorable and fulfilling dining experience is provided by the careful preparation of each dish using premium ingredients. A excellent dinning experience.

The manager stopped by at our table to see if everything went well and if we were enjoying our food. (Which we were!!) the grilled Caesar salad was scrumptious, and the kids Mac and cheese was finger licking good! You could tell that the Mac and cheese was house made because it tasted super fresh. The decoration inside was cool and definitely gave sea food vibes. The food came out very quickly as well as desert. I recommend the cheesecake it was velvety goodness. Even though the menu font was a tad hard to read and the key lime pie was more of a cheesecake feel, it's still a no brainer. 5 stars!!!

Excellence is standard here from bar drinks and beers to service and especially the food. Shrimp cocktail coconut shrimp and fried green tomatoes for appetizers, although the ultra fine corn meal hush puppies are highly recommended too. Blackened redfish with special salsa was tender tasty and an unusually rich tasting treat. Mahi Mahi and Chilean sea bass were others chosen and one solo filet mignon. Can't wait til next excuse to go to Kingsport. We didn't scrimp on anything/ the bill was a tad over $ 200 with appetizers desert and entrees.
