We had the fish and chips, lobster bao buns, grilled Caesar salad with salmon, and a lobster roll with Nashville hot seasoning. The bao buns were small but packed with flavor. I wish the buns were a little softer, but they held together well with the delicious lobster mix. The grilled Caesar salad was fantastic. Fresh dressing, perfectly cooked salmon, and just really well balanced. Honestly, every dish landed. The real star of the night was the Biscoff cheesecake. Big, fluffy, thick, and just the right amount of sweetness without being overwhelming. Absolutely worth saving room for. Ok, it's touristy and loud. Food is good but uneven. Service is clueless and sad. What they do great is awesome on any particular day but the little things are missing. The older "owner" is defensive (no need) but the younger one actually listens and draws good info. 1. Serve drinks 2. Know "market prices" 3. My wife and I were in Pigeon Forge for the Fourth of July and we decided to try Pinchy's on the basis of several reviews. Boy, was that a mistake. Pinchy's reminds me of a warehouse with three roll up doors open and no air conditioning. They had multiple fans on stands blowing full force trying to keep the air moving. The outdoor band and the fans made it so loud that I started to get a headache. Both of us couldn't wait to get out of this place. I ordered a shrimp po boy and my wife ordered the she-crab bisque and a lobster wedge salad. My sandwich had barely enough shrimp on it to call it a shrimp sandwich. The aioli on it barely walked by it. I was going to ask for more aioli, but our server disappeared and only came back for the check. It's in a fairly quiet area with free parking across the street. We had our own appetizer of baked oysters and crab wontons. Both were delicious! My spouse chose the fried shrimp meal with fries and coleslaw. He is picky about his coleslaw but gave this a thumbs up. I ordered the lobster ravioli and added a side order of small house salad. The lobster ravioli was good but I wished the sauce was a bit more creamier and more of it. Due to the lack of sauce this meant the outside of the raviolis were a bit dry. The bread was good and crispy. I ordered the side salad which at $6 I am not sure I would order again. As a non-drinker I was disappointed with no mocktails offered, this is something they could improve upon. Should you do raw oysters in East Tennessee? Sure! The oyster here are very good and taste very fresh. They were the highlight of the experience. Served with four different toppings along with crackers and hot sauce. Very delicious. We also had the main lobster roll, which was much better than expected. Loss of variety on the menu. A friend had the Korean barbecue wings, which were enormous. A full meal on its own. The mahi was very average, but still better than I expected. Absolutely loved our experience here! We were meeting some friends for dinner and arrived after them, and right away we were greeted with such great hospitality. The waiter opened the door for us, welcomed us in, and took us directly to our table. They even offered a little tabletop arcade game for our 7-year-old, which was such a fun touch! The patio was beautiful and had plenty of fans to keep everyone comfortable despite the Tennessee heat and humidity. Down below, they had a great artificial turf area with a live band and yard games, which created such a fun atmosphere. Our waiter was fantastic--very attentive, kept our drinks full, and gave us wonderful recommendations for both food and dessert. Everything came out delicious, and everyone in our party was very happy with their meals. The manager even stopped by to check on us and make sure we were having a great time. We went here for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. What a cool ambiance! There is graffiti art on the wall, windows that open to the patio, and a beer garden with live music. The food and service were incredible! We had a few people that were not fish-eaters and still were very happy with menu items. My son said his sushi was the best he'd ever had. If you don't know about Pinchys it could be possible you've lived under a rock for awhile. Live music schedule spells out the best time for this seafood spot in Downtown Sevierville. Next door to the Sevier co courthouse and the newly renovated Davis hotel, a lovely updated property with plenty of history. Pinchys has a green space for kids and pets. The patio is truly the best with covered tables lining the length of the place. The oyster shooter became popular with our friends, you're welcome in advance. We have tried and enjoy the sushi, Korean chicken wings, fish sandwich and even more sushi. It's also 1/2 price oyster night on Tuesdays. I really really wanted to try the kraken, but I couldn't justify it for just me (it feeds 4). They offer a variety of seafood items and some Asian-inspired apps and dishes. I started with the clam chowder, and it was SO good, I liked that it wasn't a super thick and had a lighter broth. The edamame portion was pretty small for the price and we weren't given any plates or bowls for the eaten ones. With that said. I should have stuck to their signature lobster sandwiches because I ordered a rainbow roll, and got turned off the moment it came to my table. To eat, I ordered the lobster roll with a side of fries and Brussel sprouts. The fries were paper thin and fried too hard. The brussel sprouts looked good, but ended up being bitter. The lobster roll was ok, but there were bits of stringy lobster throughout and the bun wasn't warm. So I was only out here for work training but before I drove home I obviously needed some food! So my coworker picked this restaurant from yelp. I see why they have the reviews they do. First of all they have decent parking, it's a gravel parking lot across the street. Secondly you don't have to worry about not pleasing somebody in your group because they have several options for you to pick from. It's pretty spacious on the inside and they provide outside seating for when the weather is good. I could see myself having a work party here. I was dining with 3 of my colleagues and we had Josh as our server. He was super patient, kind and helpful as we ordered. He also mentioned that there would be an opening of this restaurant in Maryville and possibly Knoxville. I ordered the shrimp & grits and it was so delicious and the shrimp was fresh. So happy we found Pinchy's! What a fun and delicious dining experience on a beautiful Saturday evening over Memorial Day weekend. We LOVED LOVED LOVED the chef's version of the New England Clam Chowder. So flavorful, lots of clams and creamy without being overly thick. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed and devoured the couple's bucket of Seafood Medely. Seafood boils usually include andouille sausage, our bucket/platter did not and I'm so glad it didn't. The buttery broth was so good and not greasy like you get from the sausage that we could actually taste the true flavors of the perfectly prepared mussels, clams, shrimp, crab legs and potatoes. I didn't care for the corn but who cares when the seafood is divine?! Our server was fantastic and fun! The chef even stopped by our table to check on us. They have inside seating, covered patio seating , and more seating outside consisting of picnic tables w/umbrellas. Also, a stage for bands & entertainment. Highly recommend Pinchy's!! $65 for Ramen is kind of crazy. I get having the price based on the market, but I was not expecting to pay that much for noodles and lobster. Whatever their signature broth is, took away from the lobster. I tried adding some salt to get a little more flavor, but honestly, I was very disappointed. My wife got the Crab legs and she also thought it lacked flavor. Honestly the most flavorful item we had was the fries with the sauce. That sauce is really good. Also, unfortunately, we had to hear a supervisor call the bartender out right in front of us while sitting at the bar. Just not really the most pleasant experience. Every time we visit the area we have to stop here. The food and drinks are always wonderful and it's a nice spot in downtown Sevierville. We especially enjoy the staff above and beyond. Chayse, working the host station, is exceptional- especially for a young man. He is genuine, and just exudes kindness the moment you walk in. We look toward to seeing him each visit. Two tables of people in the restaurant, 3 waitresses, manager sitting at a table. Greeted with "sit anywhere you like!" 325 pm menus dropped off at the table by a waitress, no drinks offered. A different waitress serves the table behind us and drops food off for them. 330 pm Still no waitress, no drinks 335 pm Still nothing and the table behinds us finishes up. 340 pm Still nothing.
