I have ordered from Door Dash for the past two and the Oder was never right(no fault of Door Dash). So today I was up town and decide to try Long John Silvers again. When I pulled to order, there was a sign that said, "Big Trucks to pull on around". So with not knowing their definition of BIG truck I pulled on around to the window in my truck. The first I asked was do you give senior discounts and the lady said yes. So I told her I would like to get my senior discount I placed my order and after a 30 minute wait, my order finally came out. I had reminded her of my discount and I wanted extra tartar sauce and malt vinegar. I get home and checked my ticket and didn't receive the senior discount. Then as I was taking my food out of the bag I find there is no malt vinegar. So now we are down to start eating our food. To make a long story short, it was not edible! went at 530 pm, 3 tables had people sitting at them. ordered 2 fish and chicken platters. order comes out after 3 or so minutes the lady says I put some condiments and silverware in there for you I drive home and not only is there no condiments or silverware, it only had one of the platters..it was a 25 minute drive each way. I usually double check to make sure everything is there before leaving, however i niavely thought that since she just addressed that I could drive home assured that the money I just spent wasnt basically stolen. Twice I've had coupons for online orders. Both times I have ordered and been given a pick up time. I arrive at or after the time given. The first time, I sat at the drive thru window for twenty minutes waiting on my order. Today I walked in to pick up my food. No one would wait on me. The manager yelled at me "order at the kiosk". I kept waiting and finally he came over to wait on me. I asked for my order. They hadn't started it yet. I told him I would like to add two soft drinks to the order. He looked at the print out and said "They aren't on here." I said "Correct. I would like to add two soft drinks to the order." We waited a while and got our food. My chicken pieces were literally the size of my finger. The cheese bits had no marinara sauce. When I asked, for it, they were out. The soft drink machine spewed carbonated water. The dining room was trashed. We had hair in our food. They've changed the recipe for hush puppies. Hush puppies are now bigger, but they are kinda like cake. Maybe added baking soda? Two weeks ago I ate at a Long John Silvers in Oklahoma and it was great. But the Longview location is poor. read more

Service was pretty quick at the drive through and the young man at the window was very polite! Food came out tasting pretty good! My order was correct, hot, and fairly fresh.
