Best dentist I've ever been to. Considerate, fun, professional, won't scold, and willing to work with your insurance. Awesome place. I came in after a long time of no insurance and a lot of work that needed to be done. Always had difficult teeth (constant cavities no matter what I do, crooked, chipped, missing some from no insurance when I just needed to take them out to make it affordable.) They worked up a whole timeline for me, being super open and ready to explain the start to finish of everything. I'm so relieved. They prioritize health and focus in order of what needs to be done in a sensible order. Thanks to that, I trust them a lot! I had my first wave of repairs done and wow - two hours of work and zero pain? Even the numbing injection was painless. They told me to be open if I felt anything when they started and I slightly did and they thanked me for saying something and numbed me up more. Nothing after. I'm usually nervous but after that I won't be. Never thought in my life I'd be excited to go get work done. I trust them and I am so appreciative of them! Awesome practice. I've been going to Long Lake Dental for several years now. I like them and it's worth the drive from Minneapolis because of the staff. The space is clean and modern, with a nice waiting room that I never get to spend enough time in because they are always on time :) The care is fantastic.....I appreciate that while I try my best my personal dental care probably could stand some improvement but they never scold me as some past dentists/hygienists have done. They treat cavities conservatively....meaning they put areas of concern on watch until they need a filling vs just drilling away happily to your chagrin (and pain). Scheduling is a snap - I always do my 6 month appt and never have a problem getting the day or time I want. read more

When I go to the office, I feel at ease and relaxed. whether I am in for a procedure, or just to pick up aligners, I get questions answered directly, and I also get questions from them, as well to be answered, which is good because they are not just trying to get rid of me and move on to the next patient. They care about my wants and needs and want to get them addressed correctly and to the best of their ability the first time. Dr. McNaught may be ok. Dentist Jeffrey Beggett, however, is careless and negligent. I do not recommend you see him. I had nitrous for an apt and do not remember any of the appt. Also, he filled over two teeth that were infected, and I needed emergency dental intervention, and ended up losing the entire tooth, after several days of pain, time off work and the cost of an emergency dentist. read more
