    I mean in fairness it's Iowa and rural at that, but still utterly horrid. Repeated outages, spotty speeds. Pity the options are limited.

    Absolutely the worst business! Very poor internet connection, always have errors on billing, customer service representatives are rude.

    If I could leave this business no stars I would ! They want things their way and don't care a bit…read moreabout their customers point of view ,because they have a monopoly and you cant get any other carrier in this area . I can't wait till I have other options .     This is the worst company ever. I've had intermittent service every since they got fiber. I have 2…read moreinternet connections, one because I work from home and 1 for my household. I pay this company almost $200 a month for both internet connections and a phone line. After sending out many techs, they concluded my problem was because I needed a 2nd line of fiber ran to my house and that my internet lines have never worked simultaneously. Essentially, I've only had 1 internet line they refused to give me any sorts of credit. They dug up my yard, I missed work, and it still didn't work! Anything that's hardwired will work but wireless does not work at all and I'm going on 3 years now! Not to mention that I WENT IN to the service center and asked how much I needed to pay them (which I paid on the same day) and the person gave me the incorrect amount and they shut off my internet and although they told me the incorrect amount they still charged me activation fees for BOTH internet connections and they refuse to take ANY accountability for the many things that they have done wrong. I've been charged $30 in data overage from Verizon because my wifi doesn't work. Am I supposed to hard wire my cell phone to the modem too?!?!

A good Samaritan taped it up out of the way in the meantime. I called Satellite Central and he first says is there service? I said I don't believe so but your line needs braced back up. Since there's no service, do whatever you want with it. I said so you want me to cut it? And he says I don't care. I told him if I cut it, the remainder will continue to hang in the street. He said he doesn't care, it's not his problem and if he has to fix it, he's sending a bill. I don't normally post things like this or go out of my way to share negative experiences but this guy was genuinely rude.

I run a business that houses senior living population…read more We had been billed twice with the same invoice number, and when we requested a corrected invoice, Satellite Central disconnected our services for an entire weekend because he "didn't like the way our accountant spoke to him". I have been requesting a technician for more than a few weeks to visit our community to help resolve our numerous continuous issues that our tenants have had with this tv provider. They keep wanting me to call so they can tell me what is wrong with my 30+ units tvs so that I can fix them myself. No tech service seems to be available. He states that I need to call him so he can tell me what is wrong and what I need to do myself at the location to repair the 30+ tv's channel listings. We only want a tech visit to ensure issues are resolved!
