I love the staff but today I walked in at 9:40am was put in a chair at 11am and soaked my feet until 12:29 until I finally dried it off and walked out. If you decide to come here with or without an appointment be ready to waste half your day waiting. Came for birthday nails walked out feeling uglier than when I walked in. Ofc they were short staffed and had appointments but why put me in a chair if you weren't going to service me within 30 minutes.
