I love the staff but today I walked in at 9:40am was put in a chair at 11am and soaked my feet until 12:29 until I finally dried it off and walked out. If you decide to come here with or without an appointment be ready to waste half your day waiting. Came for birthday nails walked out feeling uglier than when I walked in. Ofc they were short staffed and had appointments but why put me in a chair if you weren't going to service me within 30 minutes. Upon arrival not many people were in the facility but as we sat we could quickly see this is a very busy location. Customer service was very nice. I liked my SNS fill but I have to say some of my cuticles and the surrounding area are sore and I do believe its because of how the nail tech used the emory board on my hands. The establishment was very clean and nicely decorated.
