I love this car wash! For a basic wash with Free Vacuuming , they do a good job. Our development doesn't provide hoses for home renters and I'm used to washing my car but this Wash is usually fully staffed. They consistently soap up my car ( sides and rear too) so it cleans up well for $10 bucks. I have tried others ain Lewes and Rehoboth when I had time to kill and they charge 5-10 bucks more for less service. I have not tried the interior cleaning but they offer rags and I usually bring windshield washing fluid to clean my own. I always get the full service with inside cleaning. It is worth every penny. They do a really good job.

I took my jeep to the car wash paid $30 to have the inside and out done. After paying for it the assistant manager informed me that they do not do the trunk areas who doesn't clean the back of a jeep but no they didn't vacuum it they didn't do the windows back there in fact all my windows were dirty with bugs still splattered all over it they did a horrible job cleaning the windows. The wash on the outside wasn't good either the hood of my jeep was still dirty and I complain to the assistant manager and he says well we can send it through a second time. If it didn't clean it the first time why would I want to run it through a second time. I will definitely not go back to this car wash they do a very very bad job and charge ridiculous prices for what they do. BEWARE this is a total rip off. I just paid $34 for an ultimate all-inclusive car wash. They just ran it in the back and washed the outside and wiped down the windows the inside was filthy it wasn't even wiped down but the ultimate wash is supposed to include armorAll it did not I asked the guys to wipe down the inside they barely did so, so I spoke to the manager and he said it is not included in the all inclusive price and if i wanted that i would have to pay an additional $160 !!!if I want to ARMORALL the inside of my car. When you start to argue with them they stop speaking English. Avoid this place at all cost it is a rip off. I think they should be investigated by the consumer protection board or a licensing board. read more

My husband who is disabled brought his car here today for 25.00. a wash, spray waxing and cleaning of the door jambs. When it was done he complained to the manager on duty that the car wasn't clean, and that what was paid for wasn't done. He wound up bringing the car home and I had to clean it. They used to do good work back in the day but now when they are busy they will rush the job. for all they did to my car on this day I could have done a better job at home in the yard. They moved many things around in my car. Didn't wipe down the dash and didn't put my floor mats back on right. My console is smeared like they cleaned it with a dirty cloth. This is a good drive through car wash. This is not a place to get your car detailed. See a pro for that. When I'm in a rush and don't want to wash by hand, this place works out fine. Remember your paying for convienence, not a pro detail job so don't overspend on the wash. read more

Got the $22 Ultimate wash done. Although 90% of the inside and outside are nice and clean, there are some spots they missed that I had to get myself at home. Also, for $22 (which is a lot to me) I expected a quick treatment of the leather seats. I don't normally go to car washes, so maybe I'm expecting too much. Well just got back from the car wash and looked over my car. Called them to report how lousy their service was. Had to do wheel covers over, there were spots that all the service guys would have had to do was rub a bit, still dirt on the floor mats that were supposedly vacuumed, and had to do the whole dash over again. This is the worst car wash I have ever been too. I have a white car and it is parked in a wide open drive way with no trees even close to it. I just paid $12.00 for a exterior car wash (as I keep my car clean so the inside didn't need to be done.) After the wash I drove to a near by store and when I got out I saw that the car was not clean. This was not just on the roof of the car but on both the hood and the trunk. I drove right back and pointed this out to the person I had first seen. She brought another person in and then finally a man who I assume was a manager. I pointed this out and he told me that it was not clean because "it needed a 3 step..?.." Since I could not understand him I asked 3 times and he said another $10.00 and they would put a solution on the car that would clean it. I said no, I already paid to get it clean. After asking again what he meant I realized he was not saying a 3 step ? but that the car had tree sap on it. The car does not have tree sap on it. It looks like a car that has been rained on and needs to be cleaned. I can understand the confusion over misunderstood words, that can easily happen and neither of us was unduly upset or confrontational but I can not accept the fact that he just dismissed me and never even suggested to run it through again or refund my money. It was another $10. or nothing. No apology, nothing. I did tell him that I would write this review. I feel very strongly that you should never go to a this service as they don't clean your car and they don't have a customer service attitude. I am assuming they must only use water in their car wash. but you don't stay in the car for this procedure so the only barometer is that the car was almost as dirty coming out as it was going into the car wash. If I could give fewer than one star, I would. My dog and I arrived 15 minutes before the car wash opened, so I pulled in behind the two other cars already in line. A worker greeted the person in front of me, and as I waited, I emptied the remains of a water bottle onto the pavement. The worker looked at me with disgust, and when he approached my vehicle he stayed 10 feet away from my door in order to avoid the 2 or 4 ounces of water on the pavement. Water on the pavement at the CAR WASH offended the car wash worker. Anyway, I said "its just water," and he instructed me to put up the rear passenger window that my dog was watching him from. He asked me what wash I wanted and I said it was my first visit and wasn't sure. "We open at 9," was all he said and he walked away. So rude! Five minutes later, the machinery fired up and the two cars ahead of me both pulled around to the entrance to the wash tunnel, and so I followed them. This same man shouted to me to back up to where I had been before. I gestured to the two cars ahead of me and said "what about them?" and he said "we're not open yet and if you pull up people will think we're open." HUH?? If this man didn't want my business, he really could have just said so instead of being so rude. Just because I have Virginia plates doesn't mean I have Confederate money; my dollars spend just fine in Delaware and I will be happy to go out of my way to spend them anywhere else but at the Long Neck Car Wash. read more

I have been going to this car wash for years with no problems, until today. I always go once a month for a Deluxe wash that costs $16 and have had no problems, they do a great job. Today, because I'm picking up my mother, I paid $24 for an Ultimate Wash and $2 extra to have my rear area cleaned as well, which is a rip off anyway and the only place ever charged me for that... The guys clean my car and say it's ready. I get in car and it's fine, except middle console area/cup area, which is still filthy and worse than when I brought car in! I explained to guy, mgr, and he kept showing me only things they were supposed to do. I explained to him that that's fine except every other month that I've been here in years and I only paid 16 for a deluxe wash, my middle console is clean. I mean how do you pay $24 for an ultimate wash and they think they don't need to clean the middle console of the car and just leave it dirtier than when they found it. I complained and he kept showing me the paper so I asked to speak to the manager so guess who the manager was?? Finally had to make a scene before he did it. When I visit a friend in the area I usually stop for a quick wash. The perks for me are the hand dry, mat cleaning, and tire shine. Sometimes they miss spots when drying or don't quite get into tight corners on the interior but for the price ($22 - ultimate wash) you can't beat it. Okay, aside from the fact that the owner of this car wash sells offensive t-shirts that promote guns, Trump, building a wall and kicking out Mexicans (while all of his poor staff are Mexican), twice I've had a horrible car wash. I paid for the ultimate, left the trunk open and then they shut it. I asked if they were going to vacuum it (it's a small trunk with nothing but some blown leaves in it that I wanted vacuumed). They said it's an extra $2. Only car wash in the world that charges for that. Then they finish washing and cleaning the interior (which was not very good), and the doors, hood and windshield all have water on them. So I grabbed one of their towels and started drying it myself. The owner tells me that's their job and he'll do it (this is after they said they were finished). He still did not dry the car. I opened the doors and trunk, and there were leaves still everywhere. If I'm going to pay for the ultimate car wash, you better check that! I gave them a second shot and it was worse than the first. Never again will I return to this place that does a half-assed job, and promotes bigotry. read more

I was refused service even after speaking with the owner. Apparently, this is just a business who does not care about its customers, or stressed moms in general. Don't bother. Got the $14 service which is supposed to include undercarriage cleaning, vacuum interior & wipe down dash. Everything is half-@&& !! Paid extra for a "boosted" undercarriage cleaning because of salt on roads previous days. After pulling away from the car wash I was curious how clean the underneath was so I looked. It wasn't even wet. So not only do they not do what is in the service paid for they don't do the extra you pay for either. Better off going through the $6.00 car wash at Royal Farms. read more
