My husband had the poutine with brisket (pictured), he ate most of it, but when asked for his thoughts on it he said the brisket seemed to have more pieces of fat than actual meat. The cornbread side he ordered was good though, with just the right amount of sweetness. I had a pulled pork sandwich with baked beans and potato salad.
