My insurance switched at my job and I had to pick a new pharmacy. I chose this Walgreens because…read moreit was close to my old pharmacy and after three long months of dealing with the staff at this place: enough is enough. The pharmacy staff is incompetent and rude. I live 30 miles out of town and when I called my pills in to have ready; it was always a problem and they couldn't get it right. Calling to speak with them, instead of answering the phone they make you wait and pick up the phone and hang it up quickly so they do not have to deal with you. My overall experience at this Walgreens is I would never go back and do business. It seems like a busy store probably understaffed and could care less if you return as a customer. The employees who answer the pharmacy line are completely rude. In all the years I've gone to my old store, I never once had any problem. I made several complaints and the management would give me store credit each time but I won't step in there to buy anything. I'm done dealing with their terrible customer service.

Wanted beer or canned alcoholic beverages but oddly enough, Walmart does not sell this in the Walmart Supercenter. You can only buy alcoholic beverages in this separate Walmart Wine & Spirits location linked next door but an exterior store separated from the Supercenter. When I walked in, I immediately asked the cashier if the separated alcohol store was a Minnesota thing. Funny enough, she mentioned that their Florida locations allow alcohol sold inside the actual Walmart Supercenters. I said, yes as we live in Florida. Interesting. They have a good amount of beer, wine and liquor options. Lots of airplane sized liquor bottles too. Including some mixers. Snagged some high noon vodka cans, Michelada can and Twisted Tea lemonade + iced tea can. Nice and organized small boozy shop with a fair amount of options without being overwhelming. Fair prices.

I emptied my cart, in the meantime Walmart decided to put a hold on my card for my order not once but twice. I have talked to my local store I talked to corporate office and the funds have still not been put back in my account. They say the bank has to do that. The bank says they didn't put the hold on the card that Walmart did so Walmart has to drop the hold. Still not back in my account and that happened last Sunday. Extremely disappointed.
