The woman on the phone was friendly and helpful in answering my questions. One of them being if I could apply my yelp account discount to my father, who does not yelp. She checked with her management and let me know that yes, they could and I didn't need to be there. When I spoke to my dad afterwards he couldn't stop raving on how professional and knowledgeable the chiropractor was. The practitioner was also able to refer my dad to two other colleagues he attended school with that practice where my dad lives. My dad was so stoked because the doctor also taught him some new stuff about his body + his brain/vocal chords (which my dad has seen many specialists for) that could be helpful with his future treatments. I always find a parking spot on the outside with easy access available and have yet to enter parking garage but they do have one available. I have been going to get adjustments since it opened with most recent visit being 11/29/23 from Dr.Tim Nawrocki. He is very knowledgeable and not rough like some chiropractors. He's also friendly, punctual, and caring too. I notice that my back and neck always feel better when I keep regular visits. Another amazing experience about this office is it's so easy to book your appointments. If your like myself and only remember things after hours or if you love texting verses calling or both they have an app which is very convenient! I love it and they text you 48 hours before your appointment then 24 hours then on the day of so you don't forget or you have time to cancel because I was getting to that next, they will charge you a fee if you cancel appt last minute but they will work with you as far as if an emergency were to come up so they aren't going to just profit on you being late but they make it hard for you to be late with the reminders. lol! Last but not least, it is not inexpensive but it's totally worth it when your pains start to ease up and you start to feel better. I used to think how can a chiropractor really work on you in 15 min or less but they can if they know what they are doing! However, one friend recommended me to see Dr. Nick, and he drives 25 minutes to see him! When I first contacted them, I was apprehensive. Chiropractors have various reputations and have been known to just be in it "for the easy money" but I'm going to go ahead and ease your apprehension here. From the very start, any and all questions I asked were answered as if I was the most important person! Not a single "dumb" question can be asked. Great customer/patient service. As far as the process, it's easy. You can download the intake forms, print and fill them out, scan them back in and email them so your first visit is quick and seamless. The first meeting with Dr. Nick is private and comforting; it's all about how he can help "fix" you! I went 3 days before the X-Ray machine was installed, but now they have on-site imaging that helps save YOU money! Once you agree on a plan, you can get to therapy right away with one of his amazing therapists! They're very professional yet personal. They all seem to know your name and seem to truly care! Bottom line: when I come here, the "Cheers" theme song comes to mind. "Sometimes you wanna go - where everybody knows your naaame... And they're always glad you caaame..." :) Also, two weeks into PT and I am already "out of the fog" of neck pain I was in, I am even better than I thought I needed to be (I didn't even know I had limited mobility in certain areas, I just thought it was normal!) and I still have quite a ways to go until my specific therapy is over.
