After I wrote this, I noticed one place we'd all forgotten in my yard. I called back after the service and asked that they come back out and fix it because it was in a huge mud hole in my back yard. Garrett came out and explained why there was a hole and what we might do to fix it. He dug up some rocks out of a pile in the yard and filled it and put some dirt back over it and tested it, advising me to resod that section.
