Super experience. They started around 9:30 right after all of the rain and repaired all of my outdoor lighting, brought in a bunch of plants, and mulched the front and backyard. Paul's two man crew was fast and polite and great to work with. As an elite Yelp reviewer I don't give high reviews unless somebody is truly superior. You will notice by my other reviews that I do not give low or negative reviews if I can help it. This has been a great experience and I will use these guys for any of my landscape irrigation or lighting needs in the future. Paul really cares about the quality of his work and spent a lot of extra time hosing off all of the sidewalks and driveway and he used a leaf blower to neaten everything up. They were SO HELPFUL!! We had a $700 water bill unexpectedly from a leak. When I called them, they came out first thing the next morning and knew exactly what was going on. They got it fixed within an hour and were very reasonably priced. Paul really knew what he was doing and explained the problem to me. He is licensed and very knowledgeable. To be fair let me state upfront I didn't use this "pro". Just bought a new home and its so beautiful but I think the front must have suffered from the freeze last year. The HOA does all the mowing but I was interested in getting someone who would do design and maintenance of the beds. He texted and called gave me a fair written estimate for his labor & materials. I told him at that point I wanted to make some purchases myself and look at different options for plants, and hardscapes I have to see in my mind what I want to do...but I was still planning. I made it clear I may not go with his materials. He seemed fine with that at first, and stated the estimate would be finalized in person anyway... I thought we were a go. A week later I had a really good idea of what I wanted and contacted him to start but he seemed to forget our previous conversations. He accused me of wanting cheap labor and that I should hire the people outside of Home Depot to do the work... He was really quite unprofessional. Clearly, he really wasn't okay with me not purchasing his materials which he should have said that at the beginning. Or perhaps I should have requested another quote without the materials and just for him to oversee the project and do the installation. I think had I just had him to do the installation with his materials unquestioned it would have been a good experience. I would possibly recommend him for simple projects but nothing too advanced. read more

The guy seriously knows his stuff. Really an "expert" in irrigation and outdoor plumbing, not some random guy with some experience trying to pass himself off as an expert. We had an anti-siphon pulse/water hammer and he came out and quickly diagnosed it as a mainline leak by troubleshooting all house and system valves. Showed me how when everything was closed, we were still running water (major problem in mainline). Instead of just digging up everything and making a huge mess, he recommended we shut every off and let it all dry be out, then in a couple days he could come back and quickly find the leak. It all worked just like he promised and with as little fuss as possible. Discovered a bad valve and replaced it. His crew accidentally cut my internet while digging and he patched it and fixed it immediately - no fuss. Truly a professional and a nice guy!! His price was fair. We will definitely call him #1 choice for this type of work! Very, very happy client. read more

Paul Ramos was so Amazing to work with. He suggested what needed to be done for a French Drain at my Cabin in the woods. He and his men worked, non stop and finished the work needed in half the time that was originally estimated.They started hand digging and soon it was realized that a trencher was needed and that machine was in the ready. Everything was done in record time and the men cleaned up as they went along so therefore the cabin area was left spotless.
