Their door says open at 7am vs Google maps sites that have 8, so I arrived about 5 minutes before the appointment at 8. Got into the back a bit late, with everything else going as planned. Joan way my technician and she was so pleasant and friendly. Made the process less stressful and efficient. She gave clear directions and only had to redo one item. The changing rooms were nice with and according style door with magnets so it's not just a sheet covering the opening like other places. Even the gentlemen who did my checkin was friendly and efficient. Helped to have the prework done.

Then getting to the location they rushed through my paperwork within two seconds not letting me think about any answers and barely gave them my allergies then what I'm assuming is a cna busted in upset because she just closed everything down and slammed the door behind herself and slamming every other door along the way. Then when the room was ready the office person helping me said they'd just finish the rest of my paperwork later. I'm here for an MRI for a reason and what if I need to be advised of something in those papers? Why would no one answer the phone? Completely rude and unprofessional, don't schedule in the late afternoon, just go elsewhere especially if you're older or in pain. (Had to put one star because 0 wasn't an option)

For starters, our insurance doesn't cover imaging, so the provider doesn't have to bill us at the insurance rate, they can bill at the much higher Full Rate. And labs like LabCorp and Clinical Pathology Labs do indeed bill at the Full Rate, which is sometimes 6x higher than the insurance rate. But CPI lets us pay at the insurance rate, which saves us a ton. Further, sometimes self-pay is cheaper than going through insurance, so CPI always checks both prices and then bills us at whatever option is cheaper. We have dozens of providers and *nobody* else does this. Finally, Paige remembers us and always asks about the kids (she remembers details about them). We don't experience that anywhere else, either.

This is the worst healthcare provider service I have ever encountered, even after using diagnostic…read moreservices in some very rural areas and in the busiest Metropolitan areas. maybe one out of 10 service and scheduling reps even listens to your issue, but every center will drop your call after waiting on hold for 10 minutes- and I mean at exactly 10 minutes. Their system is programmed to drop you without any concern when you are waiting on hold for a STAT appt or desperate need. Completely insensitive and unhelpful. Their reports are often blurry and illegible even after requesting originals multiple times. They send faxes with blurry streaks and multiple printer lines and marks making them impossible to read. Good luck with your treatment.

The building is nice with a ramp and automatic doors. Once inside there is good signage and I found my way to the ARA office without any issues. I checked in right away. The waiting room is large with plenty of available seats and a TV. Within 5 minutes they called me up and I had my scan done in ten minutes, maybe less. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The machine was very clean and looked new. They had a knee pillow for me to use without having to ask. Talk about quality of care! I will definitely be coming here for all my imaging needs.

I went through a lot of emotional stress due to his diagnosis! My gastroenterologist did a Fibro scan and found I did not have cirrhosis of the liver. I had mild fatty liver. My cap score was 238. Anything under that is normal anything above it to 259 is mild! I do not recommend this facility! I called their facility and told them I was going to report him to the medical board. You would think they would call me back? No one has called me. This is the touchstone imaging not at 38th St.

That was scary…read more.. Following last week's screening, I was called in for another series that was much more detailed and extensive. This has happened to me in other cities with other imaging centers... it has to do with 3D mammograms and how they perceive tiny calcifications. According to cancer.org, "Getting called back after a screening mammogram is fairly common and doesn't mean you have breast cancer. In fact, fewer than 1 in 10 women called back for more tests are found to have cancer." I arrived 20 minutes early and walked into a crowded waiting room. Nevertheless, my documentation was immediately updated and I was only made to wait about 5-6 minutes before I was called in. I was handed a pre-warmed robe and allowed to change. After having read the disgruntled reviews by women who have had to wait nearly an hour, I checked the time and realized that my screening was underway several minutes AHEAD OF TIME. Waiting for a mammogram is not easy. I feel for any woman who has to wait, no matter what her circumstances are (especially because some are exponentially bad!). Waiting for the results of a mammogram - especially when you're there for a second screening - is emotionally draining. I only had to wait about ten minutes and thankfully, I was given the all clear. Such relief. My radiologist was so gentle, kind and thoughtful. So was the woman at the front desk who signed me in. Still, I'm thrilled that I won't be seeing any of them for another year. Whew!
