Some of the regulars she at least gave a veneer of friendly but if you have been in customer service for any number of years you can spot fake. I had to see an ER doctor after my first visit for something unrelated and they gave me a different pain med. Per the pain contract I had to let these people know and was told to not take it and on my next visit bring it in. The issue came when I ran out of the pain pill they gave me, I called with 3 to 4 days left of it and spoke to 3 or 4 people and got the run around. Basically told again not to take the pain med the ER gave me and they would see about a refill on the one they wanted me to take. By Friday I still didn't have an answer and they close at noon. I found out Monday they had sent it in but neither they nor the pharmacy let me know so I went Friday to Monday evening with no pain pills. I brought the pills to my follow up visit and they didn't even dispose of them which is why they asked me to bring them. The doctor now said if I ran out again I could take them and tell them which one works better!!!! Sadly I don't want to start all over and I like the doctor so for now I am sticking with them but if this continues I may not.

There is a reason the other reviews echo the exact same sentiment. Lauren is rude and condescending and honestly, she has no clue what she is talking about half the time. They treat patients like transactions. That's it that's all. Last year, I ended up pregnant and miscarried but the way this practice treated me/the pregnancy/my other providers was honestly disgusting. Even then, I was receiving conflicting calls from different staff members having to repeat myself over and over again. There are several other pain management clinics to choose from. They lie about contacting you and when you show them they DIDN'T call you, they decide it's best you find care elsewhere. I bet. This is exactly what happened. I spoke with them on Tuesday the 3rd to schedule a follow up in March and by Wednesday the 4th they were saying I needed to be seen before my medicine could be refilled even though it was already due for fill and I was just seen last month claiming they called and left me message after message. Like I said, they seem desperate for money. As a manager myself, I see what is happening. Their employees are making activity notes as if they are doing their jobs but in fact, aren't. They don't like this being brought to light. Instead of taking accountability, they will make up more lies like "oh that's because so and so wasn't privy to that". However, if talking about an activity note that pops up on my account, ALL employees would be able to see this prior to scheduling an appt. Not to mention, THEY called me to schedule the March appointment. Not the other way around. They lie when it's convenient for them and fits their narrative. It's ironic that Dr. Singa would even have anything to say being that I haven't seen him personally since 2023. I was always pushed to his PA's. His prior PA Martin was very honest about how disorganized and chaotic this practice was/is which is why he left. His new PA Grace is lovely and I hope she makes it out of there asap.

I went to St. David Surgical Hospital in Round Rock today for the first time. I was getting an…read moreinjection in my back. I will say, they spared no money in this building. When you walk in to register there is a huge lobby area, very nicely decorated, where you can sit and wait. We found a parking spot out front but if there are none available you can drive around back to the parking garage and both are free. After about a five minute wait, they came to get me and take me back and everything looked very neat and clean in the rooms. I will say that my injection was about 45 minutes late but I think that's more on the doctor than the surgical center. The nurses and the rest of the staff were all very friendly and joked around with me, which makes the experience that much better. Overall, I think that facility is very nice and I would not hesitate to go there again for any type of procedure!

This office may have had some standing at one point with some people, myself included, but in the…read morepast year I have had two separate instances that required more then a "take a pill and rest" answer but was completely disregarded and denied imaging. You can't call the office and talk to anyone, you have to message through a portal and hope you put some trigger words in the message to get any kind of response. I am officially parting ways after this last incident. No doctor should hold a degree over someone experiencing something the doctor can't see or feel themselves. Take the time and find a doctor that actually responds and cares about your experience.

The day of surgery at private surgery center he uses went well with nice professional staff. Surgery went smoothly and on-time. Apparently it was a rare form of tumor (benign), so it was good that he had me in the OR under anesthesia and he was able to remove and make repairs and stitch me up cleanly.

After the appointment where we first met, I felt 1000% comfortable and confident in his skills. He was warm, humble, and explained the procedure fully so I wouldn't have any concerns. Dr. Reichel, if anyone ever asks who to see for hand surgery, they won't even be able to finish their question before I blurt out: DR. REICHEL!!! The BEST!!! Day of surgery: from the receptionist to the OR staff---thank you, each of you were so accommodating and friendly! About the surgery: I was given a local anesthetic to deaden the area of my palm and wrist, plus a blood slowing shot so I wouldn't bleed there, either. The actual surgery was a breeze---maybe 30 minutes? The cool thing was Dr. Reichel asked if I wanted to see inside my hand, so I got to witness how my hand works---also, I saw the "bruise" that was causing the carpal along with the "band" they had to sever. It looked like a small man hole (ha ha! I guess it WAS a small man hole, made by a male doctor!) and when Dr. Reichel said he was going to rinse it out, I realized it was the only time the INSIDE of my body was getting a bath. It was so much fun to have conversations during the surgery with Peggy and Dr. Reichel. I don't want to, but if I ever have to, I would definitely utilize Dr. Reichel and his team again! A+++++++++++++ PLUS! It's been two and a half days and here I am TYPING on my computer keyboard! How much more written proof do you need that Dr. Reichel is the fo shizzle?!

I came here for emergency surgery, and the first issue I ran into was parking. I spent over 30…read moreminutes driving around trying to find a parking spot because the lot was full, and to make matters worse, someone was taking up two parking spaces by parking terribly. I went into Suite 109 and informed the staff. I even offered to give them the vehicle's license plate number because I felt it was a serious inconvenience, especially for a surgery center where patients need access to parking. I suggested they call a tow truck or have someone address the situation since people coming in for surgery shouldn't have to waste time searching for a place to park. The only response I received was, "Yeah, parking is bad." That made me feel completely brushed off, like no one cared or took the concern seriously. It was very disappointing and unprofessional, especially considering this is a medical facility where patients may be in pain, dealing with emergencies, or on a strict schedule for surgery. Customer service starts the moment a patient walks through the door. Concerns shouldn't be dismissed with a shrug. If staff aren't willing to address issues or at least show empathy, then perhaps it's time to invest in better customer service training. There are plenty of people who would be grateful for the opportunity to work and would take patient concerns seriously. Something needs to be done about the parking situation. Either enforce proper parking so vehicles aren't taking up two spaces, or expand parking if possible. Patients coming in for surgery already have enough to worry about--they shouldn't have to spend 30 minutes searching for a parking spot before their procedure.

The online booking, check in, and registration was so smooth and took less than 3 mins!! I got in so quickly which I was grateful for given I was in so much pain. I was in queue prior to arriving, knew my place, and the time I would be seen. You can even provide your location and the system calls to let you know it's now time to leave. AND they even followed up with a phone call to let me know it was time to leave, if I hadn't. The woman who checked took my co-pay was great and had everything ready before I even walked in the door. The tech who did triage and took my blood pressure etc. was also skilled, experienced, and was so attentive & reassuring. She was also patient when I had to call my sister (also a DR.) about a few history type items. I got the most amazing thorough care from my NP, Chioma Okechukwu. She was direct, knowledgeable, and was able to provide a correct diagnosis from what I thought coming in. It was late at night so she rushed in a script so I was able to collect it before CVS closed and so I could get the first restful night sleep without pain that I have had in a very long time. I am so grateful for CareNow Urgent Care. This was a better experience than I have ever had at the ER and much much much LESS $!! Better healthcare at a lower cost, didn't think that was possible anymore. The follow up care instructions were very clear and even highlighted by the NP in the key parts. They sent a text to follow up the next day and forwarded all the details of my visit to my primary care. SO SMOOTH!!!!

Last visit I Left and immediately and went to another urgent care and they were SHOCKED that this location didn't do more.
