Last thing: many storage places will build as cheap as they can, but the Knapp facility is well architected, and sturdy- meant to last a long time. But upon being transferred to the OWNER, I was accosted by a real creep - who not only yelled at me - but was totally obnoxious. This was THE OWNER - no less. He kept talking about someone named Sherry - and I have no clue what he was talking about. So, therefore if you LOVE HORRIBLE PEOPLE, and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. I have had hard times. they don't know this however they have been very good tome as a customer who has been late for several months in a row. once my friend was to pay the bill and totally forgot and I thought it was paid and it wasnt realized until the second month was due. I missed the notices but they were totally cool about me catching up. they are also very very reasonable with their late fees and the amount of time you have before they are enforced. and even cheaper by comparison by a landslide are their rental rates. I love the customer support and the ease of getting my issues resolved. the face of Arrow Storage for me is always the same. she's always there dependable and she is easy to deal with!!!!! anything I need to change or alter in any way I know I can call or email or leave a message after hours and am 100% confident it will be taken care of WITHOUT WORRY OR QUESTION. this is you're best choice when it comes to price, service and having your ever changing needs met with people who will be there to work with you with respect, diligence and your satisfaction in mind at all times.
