We ended up staying there talking for a couple of hours to catch up, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. While there are lots of great options on the menu, both of us chose the BPT - Breaded Pork Tenderloin. I've eaten a lot of breaded pork tenderloins in my time, but none like this one. The usual approach is super thin and huge, making the bun look tiny. While this one wasn't much larger than the bun, it was at least an inch thick, so it was more like eating a fried pork chop sandwich, but with the meat tenderized. The meat was well-seasoned and very flavorful, and the crust was extra-crispy and crunchy. The Honey-Lime sauce (one of three sauces brought to each table along with Ranch and Tyler's Sauce) is delicious and worked great with the pork. Fries were good, as was the cole slaw (which had a nice kick from some very freshly-ground black pepper). And I'm always happy when a place has Guinness on tap.

I ended up settling for the tenderloin sandwich, but I was certainly interested to try a lot of the menu. The amount of pork was HUGE and it was flavorful and paired with the honey lime sauce it was a 10/10! The bun alone was phenomenal, and I couldn't recommend this meal enough if you are a schnitzel or tenderloin fan! That sauce is definitely a star of the show, paired with the sweet heat seasoning available at the table next to the S&P the meal was the perfect combination of sweet, spice and tasty! Everyone else enjoyed their meals as well and there was little left by the end. The nachos were customized to account for a dietary preference so this is not the standard, however they were delicious and a huge portion.
