Terrible service. The food we ordered was wrong. Didn't receive a filet mignon but a dry steak passed over as their filet mignon. Received a fully loaded potato with bacon when I ordered a potato with butter and sour cream. I don't eat pork. When I went to hand my plate over to the server to correct my order he literally took the potato of my plate instead of taking the whole plate. Bacon bits were still on my plate polluting my steak. This is the best steak dinner on the planet for the money, one of the best at any price!! Bold statement? Yes... But the food backs it up! Small filet mignon 26 bucks, giant sirloin 20 bucks. This includes a great salad and a side, like a loaded baked potato. The steak has incredible taste. Somebody knows what they are doing. It all comes down to the seasoning. This chain is owned by the people that also own the tie high end Eddie V's. Very, very similar taste if you can believe it. I told our server how incredible the food was, and that I felt guilty loving it so much because I always try and support local businesses...... I asked her if the tips were really good because the food was so great and she said actually she gets stiffed every night by some people and how it drives some of new servers to tears at the end of the shift. On big tables when she gets stiffed, it actually costs her money to serve them because they automatically take 4% of her checks' totals based on sales for the other employees. Very depressing. I gave her 40% to make up for the losers that stiffed her. Help the servers out here when you eat, it's such a great deal you can afford to.... Super friendly atmosphere. This is the place for delicious steak and great sides at a reasonable price. The restaurant is well decorated with typical steakhouse decor like the bucking bronco cowboy sculpture. We were celebrating my grandson's birthday and there were 7 in our party and they err able to seat us quickly of course it was 5 pretty early for the Saturday night crowd. Several of us decided to split orders . My wife and I had the 8 oz renegade with potato and Caesar salad . The steak was tender and perfectly cooked to medium rare. The only flaw was that we were the only couple that ordered salad so they forgot and brought it out after the steak. The meal started with bread and they had a nice selection of appetizers my favorite the firecracker shrimp. The server was very helpful providing extra plates so we could split the meals. One & done! If I could rate this place at 0 stars, I would. I ordered a well done steak that was served to me medium rare. I sent it back just to have the same steak returned burnt to a crisp. My baked potatoe was suppose to be loaded. I sent it back due to no green onion. In addition, the waitress never offered to remove any old plates from our table yet gave steady attention to the table across from us. Our table was so full that I couldn't even eat the food that I was happy with because I simply had no room! I wish I would've took a picture. I ordered a ribeye. I don't think it was even a ribeye, more like a piece of sirloin. I ordered it medium, Pittsburged ( charred). It was not charred whatsoever. When the manager asked how it was I told him it wasn't pittsburged & he said it was. Then he said they really didn't have the kind of heat to do it. Basically contradicting himself. Our waitress was amazing, probably the best I've had all year at any restaurant I've gone to. She was friendly, attentive, and anticipated needs so we never had to ask her for anything. The menu is a bit pricey, but everything I tried was worth it. I ordered the Texas Tonion and the ribeye with Brussels sprouts and a loaded baked potato. You already get bread so this is a good amount of food. The bread is crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. I'd like it if they had honey butter, but the pain butter they have is fine. The ribeye steak was huge. The weight on the menu is the precooked weight and this thing still came out pretty big. It was tender and juicy and very flavorful. I didn't need to add any sauce or anything to it. The Tonion was also very good. The onion chunks weren't cut too big so they fried up very well. The Brussels sprouts are goofed in what tastes like a maple bacon glaze and they don't taste like vegetables at all. read more

Well, the service was very good. It was above and beyond. Our server was completely focused on us. When she was at our table. There was a little bit of a snafu with the order we put in for appetizers and before we could even get the appetizer started they brought the salad and our whole food which was in my opinion Not a good thing, but I was informed that the kitchen just got everything ready all at once and I'm sure they were non-American servers in there who have no idea how people want their food served so I can't blame that on anybody but the restaurant. The food was delicious as always that's why we go there because they don't change the menu and what we order we always order and it's always very very good so I can't really complain too much about anything and as far as the ambience for the decorations, they're the same as they always are cowboy, which is interesting and nice so we had a wonderful meal there we would go back again Next time I will not order my meal all at once with my appetizer. The servers were lovely and escorted our big group to a table we could all fit in. Steak didn't take too long to arrive and it was well marinated. This review is strictly for the to-go... every time (which is 4 times now) there is ALWAYS something wrong. I keep giving them chances because I know things can get crazy in busy cities but today was not busy at all. Everything from missing sides, to missing utensils (I selected 6 one for each dinner), to overcooked steaks, to no bread, missing drinks. Every time it's something. And it's annoying because I've had to turn back or go in multiple times. Because it's multiple times during a visit. The food always tastes good, apart from the overcooked steak. My very first time coming here after being told by my family that's it's very good. We decided to stop by to celebrate my father's birthday as a family and I was honestly not impressed at all. The service was kinda slow and all over the place, we had to ask for straws 3 times before we ever got any even though our server had the straws in her waist bag. We ordered 1 appetizers and 3 bowls of soup but didn't receive them until the actual food started coming out. My father didn't even have time to try the soup since he got his steak and shrimp 2 minutes after receiving the soup. The bread we received was pretty hard but somewhat enjoyable. I personally didn't enjoy the steak after trying a piece from my sister plate. The ribs are really good and pretty huge so they are definitely worth getting. The green salad was also very tasty, and so was the shrimp with the rice it came with. One thing I didn't like about my visit was that I ordered some spicy chicken bites as an appetizer but didn't receive them until the very end of the meal. Even though they took so long to receive they were very delicious. The bill total was around $200 for 6 people all together. Overall I'm giving the place 2* mostly because I dint really enjoy my first time here and i probably won't try it again. read more

I've been to several Longhorn steakhouses in my time, but I'd have to say this is one of the better locations. Saturday night, we decided to have a good steak dinner. To be honest, our first choice was Texas roadhouse, but there was an hour and a half waiting list. On a hunch, we ended up at Longhorn. There was about a 20 minute wait, even though this place was packed. had a drink at the bar, even though it was elbow to elbow. Eventually we were seated, and although the weight staff was overworked, our server was very pleasant and accommodating. We ordered an appetizer and drinks. I had the T-bone with a choice of side, and my girlfriend had the sirloin with shrimp. Everything came out fresh and piping hot. Very good service from management all the way down to the people bussing tables. Reasonably priced, considering our current economy. Plenty of parking. Definitely a return trip. read more

Went here this past Mother's Day. Long waits - so long we finally left and went somewhere else. They called for us to sit 90 minutes later when the wait was suppose to be 45 minutes, we were already gone and actually sitting and having a meal. I had a party of nine. We've traveled a lot this summer for lacrosse and this is the BEST restaurant we've eaten at. We started with Tonions which resemble a Blooming Onions but individual pedals. My wife and I had filet and lobster that was cooked perfectly! Our son had parmesan crusted chicken and daughter filet. Everything was excellent including the service. My waitress was Jenn. My steak arrived and was very slightly overdone. I did not say anything about it because to me it was still very enjoyable, just not quite perfect. Jenny walks by, and says "well...that steak isn't Medium." I tell her it isn't worth complaining about because it's still a very good steak, and she took it upon herself to talk to the manager and told me she was going to get a percentage taken off. Her idea of a percentage off...was to comp me an entire $29 steak. I am speechless. This is what - at my company that I work for - we call "surprise and delight." Great steaks that are consistent every time! WOW! Baked potatoes are awesome but I usually have to ask for extra chives and bacon but overall it's a great product. I wish it was easier (and more ways) to get points and rewards towards steaks. That's up to corporate I know. These steaks are soooo good every time. It wasn't easy to rate this seeing as a vegan currently on a cleanse in a steakhouse is not a good match. Darn you family! It's pretty obvious to suspect there wouldn't be many options but just know for sure that if you are vegan you are limited to a house salad, green beans, plain potatoes, broccoli, & chips. Vegetarians can also get baked pretzels, fried asparagus & corn fritters. The rest of my party enjoyed the food which mostly consisted of shared appetizers. I think they liked the lobster dip best. They also liked their drinks which were bourbon based specialty drinks. Since I didn't eat much, I observed instead. I have to say our service wasn't great. The drinks came out with the food. The salad for an entree came after the entree. My house salad had cheese on it even though I asked for it off & told the waitress I was vegan. When she brought me a new one it was less full so I have to wonder if they just took the top with the cheese off rather than making a new one. They could have at least added extra tomato. Our waitress did not check in frequently. The one good thing was that she did check with the kitchen on ingredients for me. I obviously would not return but my party didn't say they would be likely to return anytime sooner. I think it's probably just considered a pretty typical chain steakhouse with nothing too special to make it stand out from the rest. read more

This particular location of this restaurant is higher quality than most. I think that a manager is kind and he will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy if you have an issue. The staff is friendly. the only thing that I would mention that's uncomfortable is the outrageous cold temperatures of air conditioning.
