I've been coming here for years when I'm in the States and have only had a bad experience once out of the probably 50 times I've been here. I Actually have gone here for years and it was my favorite place for foot reflexology until this week. I hadn't been there in a year but I got there to see that the prices had almost tripled. I was ok with that because I felt it would be worth it. I got a 90 minute combo which was 1 hour foot and 30 minute body. Since I always get the foot reflexology I knew what to expect with that and it was mediocre they normally do you arms but she skipped that and didn't do my feet very much. On the body massage I was highly upset about. She used a electric massage for the majority of the massage. I didn't say anything but was appalled that a masseuse would do this. I can get this at home. So when it was all done and I was paying she asked what my to is so she could add it. My bill was 100. and I was not happy so I was going to give a 15% tip. Oh no, she said no showed me a piece of paper that said good$30 very good $40 and best $50. WTF. I asked if I have tip this amount she said yes that I needed to pick one. I said you this that you are making me to a specific amount she said yes. I wasnt arguing at that point and just said 30 which I wish I hadn't because she rolled her eyes at me for tipping 30% WTF...I was a long standing customer and will never be back because of this. read more

I love foot massages-I walk so much for work and wear flats and heels that my feet need TLC all the time! I always book an appointment, they do advertise that walk ins are welcome. There is usually 2-3 ladies working each day and their hours rock! I think like 10AM-8PM on weekdays and weekends may only be till 5 or 6. We always do the one hour foot massage which includes about 10 minutes of head massage work and 15-20 minutes of back work. They soak your feet for the first 10 minutes while they are playing with your head and giving you a hand massage. They run specials, which has been running for a few months. The hour foot massage is $35 and I think an hour massage is $28. All the ladies are friendly enough, they do not speak much English which is fine since you are there to relax. They have a separate room for the foot massages, you can fit up to 3 people in the big comfty chairs-the room is dark with relaxing music playing. We have been known to fall asleep during the foot portion, that is how relaxing it is. They also have separate rooms with tables to do the body work. read more

I have been here two times before on recommendations from my coworkers. My coworkers love JoJo. Keep in mind, I am a rather petite looking Asian so people assume I cannot handle a lot of pressure of force but I actually don't have a lot of sensation/feeling in my body. The first time I went, I did not get her unfortunately. I got another lady and I wanted her to use more pressure but I always feel embarrassed and guilty to ask. Plus, I went at the end if the day and I could feel it in her fingers she was tired so I didn't want to ask. She did a mediocre job but it's alright considering the circumstances. The second time I went, I got JoJo. Like my first massage here, JoJo assumed I could not handle a lot of pressure and I was too shy to ask for more. But that does NOT mean she did not do a good job. She did an amazing job relaxing me! I fell asleep (don't really do that in relaxing settings even when I am supposed to) and the next day my coworker asked if I fell asleep at the foot massage because he heard someone snoring. JoJo even had to wake me up for my back massage. During the back massage, she did an amazing job on my neck and shoulders. I am always really tense and tight around there but she really worked my muscles. You could tell she knew what she was doing. The next day, my neck and shoulders felt amazing. I would highly recommend JoJo and don't be afraid to ask for more pressure. The next time I go, I won't be afraid to ask! read more

Kinda feel a little taken advantage of. Have gone several times and today I felt like the price increased dramatically. Picked my services even tho she kept pointing to the most expensive service. It was rougher then I prefer but I have a hard time telling them because I don't want to hurt their feelings but I did pull away and a few grunts that were not intentional. I'm like she probably knows what's best. But what really put me over the edge was her mannerisms towards me when I tipped her. I only tipped 10% only because I wasn't 100% happy. I asked her a question but apparently she doesn't understand English and didn't answer me....just didn't appreciate the way she treated me. I'll just move on but I love how close this is to my house and this is the first time I'm REALLY unhappy with the service. I've even recommended and brought friends here but I would say there has to be better places then here read more

Longlife Foot Massage was the first massage place I went to in Kansas. Both Owner and Staff were very nice, and about their massage, no complaint at all! I have shoulder problem and the 1-hour massage was just a superb experience! My shoulder muscle ache a little bit the next day but then it's just not as tight as before throughout the week after! (FYI, my job is computer-related, so it's pretty normal for us to have shoulder muscle problem) I will definitely recommend their service and I wanna say I would go there again when my shoulder gets tensed again. read more

Had a great hour long reflexology treatment. It included a head, neck and back massage and then the majority was a foot massage. It was a steal at $35 and I loved it! It wasnt as in-depth as a regular deep tissue massage, but it still felt great. I will definitely be back. read more

I have had the pleasure of getting a fabulous foot and back massage at Long Life foot massage for at least a half a dozen times now. I have been getting massages for the past 15 to 20 years and have experience with probably over a dozen massage therapists but I have never experienced the quality foot and back massage that I've received with Cindy...When I arrive Cindy always greets me in a professional manner and is very kind and respectful. Typically when I leave the massage the thing that resonates with me most is the absolute best work "ethic" I've ever experienced in a massage therapist. It becomes pretty obvious to me that Cindy, as a professional massage therapist, is not concerned about how long the massage takes or completing the massage by a certain time. Her goal is to do whatever it takes to solve the issue at hand. For example I have a left foot arch problem that I've been dealing with for years and I was really interested to see if she was going to notice that and then how she was going to deal with it. To my surprise each time I see her for a therapy session she takes extra time working on that arch on the left foot without me letting her know that it is an issue for me. I really enjoy going on Mondays or Wednesdays because this is the best pricing and allows me to leave a larger tip for her outstanding work!!!!!!! This place is awful! I went here only because of the good reviews. This was the worst experience of my life. I walk in and they escort me to a room. In the room was an overstuffed chair and massage table. I was coming for the foot massage so I sat on the chair. Pretty soon, a small Asian man walks in with a tub of warm water. He instructs me to put my feet in there by pointing, due to the language barrier. The only thing I have to complain about this part was that the chair was not comfortable to my lower back. After he was done, he pointed to me and the table and then walked out the door. So after I made myself comfortable on the table, he comes in and starts to massage my back. Was he using a roller press on my back?? I kept saying Ouch and No and Too hard but I guess those words aren't simple enough! When I peeked through the hole on the table, his feet were on the bars of the table!! For leverage? I was so sore and disappointed. I didn't even tip! I will never go back and spread word of mouth to everyone I know to avoid this place! read more

I was in need of a foot massage and more than what you get from a pedicure. I had never been here but had seen the place because it is right by where I get my nails done. Well I figured I would give it a shot. I am sure glad that I did. I decided on the foot massage plus head and neck ( the also offer full body massages). I love LLFM! All the girls are nice and good. Pretty much everyone there has made me fall asleep during the foot rub. Jojo did a great job on working my shoulder and i didnt even tell her how much pain it was causing me. I always go there now and I always get the $28 promo foot massage. Idk how long they will have that promotion. They have a frequent visitor card thing but you cant get the promo and get the card so I think I better start that. It'll be worth it in the long run. Heres the sum up of what you get when you get a foot massage/and my experience I always get the foot massage btw: You got into the back room they get you a foot bath to soak. Then they massage your head, shoulder, and arms. Take the bath away. Feet and legs. After that they take you to another room to massage your back. . Good service and good people. Make sure to speak up if you want the massage softer or harder. If you dont speak up they will never know. I took my friend here and she speak up. Oh and they take walk ins. I've been a faithful customer since the doors opened. I have brought friends and family with me and they have all fallen in love with the foot massages. My husband gives me a gift certificate for Christmas every year. And I usually go about every 2 months on my own. What I'm trying to say here is I have been a faithful customer for years. That is why when I went in to get my foot massage with the gift certificate from my husband, I was shocked when the masseuse demanded a 20% tip. I had put out a 15% tip because it wasn't as good as I usually get. I was shocked. I'm not sure if they are under new owners or new management since some remodeling has been done. But demanding 20% is ridiculous. It's up to the customer to decide what to tip based on the service provided.I lowered my review to 3 stars because of this. And I'm not sure if this was an anomaly or not but I'm not sure I'll be back. read more
