I had been to several Nursery Schools prior to going to First Step and I'm so glad that I waited to make a decision. My daughter is in her 2nd year there and I'm sad to think about losing the support of this school next year. She has learned so much from the curriculum and every day I see the progress. We had signed up our son to start Daycare with Beth, and she informed us a week before we were…read moresupposed to start that she was closed due to receiving a 501A claim (child abuse / neglect). She told us she completely understood whatever we would like to do as far as moving forward. After careful consideration, and reading that this was in fact not her first claim, my husband and I decided to seek alternate care, and we informed Beth, she then refused to pay us back our deposit. I would not recommend working with her.
