I looked like I had spiders on my eyes. The lashes are way too clumped together which is from a lack of fanning the extensions before being glued. I hated these so much that after trying to brush them in the car for 5 minutes, I went back in and told the technician (Vy) to remove them. First, she tried to say she would remove some for a more natural look..but I didn't want her to start picking lashes off and risk damaging my own lashes. Plus, it's the technique that's not done well..not the quantity of lashes. She eventually removed the lashes but did not wait long enough for the remover to break down the glue and started picking off the extensions...which HURT. Not to mention, I still have clumps of glue stuck to my lashes. After everything, she decided to refund me the cost of the lashes..but kept her tip. I wasted 3.5 hours of my life.. and learned a lesson. Don't just look at the business photos--ask to see pictures of work from technicians. I thought some of the pictures on this page looked decent, but the technicians who did those doesn't work here anymore. UPDATE: Well, next morning and my eyelashes are ruined. There's so much glue touching the skin that it feels super irritating. There is a coating of glue on some of my natural eyelashes that they feel stiff like plastic. If I try to remove them, my own lashes fall off. read more

I had purchased a Groupon (FYI - if you don't want to buy through Groupon, you can just call them and ask if they'll honor the same Groupon price for new customers . . . . so you don't have to deal w/Groupon expiration dates or purchasing through the app etc) for a full set of lashes. Had an awesome experience today at Longmi Lashes. Upon walking in, seeing all the celebrity photo messages, you can already feel and expect a quality experience. I came in the morning on a weekday so it was pretty quiet and plenty of parking spaces. (Usually the lot is packed) There is a nice ambience inside. The clear doors make it seem like you are in a private room. I just got the regular full set of lashes which was enough for me. This is my second time getting lashes, the first time here at Longmi. It was a very smooth and positive experience. Pain free. But be ready to have your eyes closed for about it an hour or so. At the end, tape for your under eyelids didn't hurt when the technician pulled it off. Yay! I will definitely be back and I can't wait to get my eyelashes done again. I asked the price and when I was in last to make sure I was not going to be over charged. After the information was given to me I repeated it to confirm the information i received was correct. It's been 3 weeks after my very first lash appointment. I wanted to wait a little bit before writing a review. The process itself was quick and the lashes were soft enough that I didn't feel them at all. During the application process, one of the techs had set a timer on her phone which was ringing constantly as she was not there to turn it off. After it finally stopped, a few minutes later, it went off again. When you're laying there with your eyes closed and trying to relax, the ringing alarm is all you can focus on and it is crazy annoying! It definitely took away from the relaxing time I was hoping to have. I loved the feel of the lashes but unfortunately it didn't last as long as I had hoped. I was told it should last at least 2 weeks. By day 3, a few large chunks from my right eye had fallen off and it now looked incredibly uneven. I took care to not get it wet or wipe or rub. No eye makeup or sleeping on it. Didn't work... a good amount was gone before my family photo shoot (one week after getting the extensions) . I really like this place!! I was a long time customer of a different lash place for over 6 years. Their lack of consistency was what made me finally decide to leave and look elsewhere. I tried 3 different lash places and was disappointed all 3 times. Finally I decided to try Longmi and I am SO glad I did. I was driving by the plaza one day and happened to see their pricing on the windows (great idea!) and decided to walk in and make an appointment. I went to Vee and was extremely satisfied! She's been my girl ever since! On occasion I have to go to other girls due to my work schedule, but the thing I really appreciate about Longmi is that they write down my lash numbers so that even if I go to another artist, my results will be the same every time!! One thing that really bothered me about my last lash place, was that I would go to the same person, but I'd always have different results. Some days I'd have nice natural lashes and other days, I'd leave with long Vegas lashes!! So happy that I have found Longmi. Their pricing is fair and their work is very good. My lashes always last until my next visit (usually every 2 weeks). I also never have a problem getting an appointment whenever I call. Great lash salon. I wanted to wait a few weeks to review the whole process starting from my visits to the end of my lash cycle. I really don't want to give them a bad review because my lash technicians were nice and polite. I hope they can instead learn from my honest review. I really do like that they are conveniently located by me. The establishment is clean. I just find it strange that each stall is separated with plexiglass so there really isn't much privacy. The beds they have you lay on are fairly comfortable. The lights they use are super blinding, but that's a small price you pay for looking good. First visit: Prior to coming, I called to book an appointment and asked how much it would be for a full set. They told me it would be $69. That is a steal! Upon arriving, I confirmed one more time that the first full set will be $69. My technician was also named Amy. She was very sweet. She asked me what my preferences were. I insisted that I want the C curl at 13 length with the cat eye affect. I have really hooded lids so I knew I couldn't handle lots of curl, but she insisted that I try the C+ curl with the "open" affect. Since it was only my second time getting lash extensions, I figured she knew better than me so I went with her suggestion. Throughout the process, she was very gentle. However, she did get a little glue in my eye, but she quickly wiped it away. After completion, she told me she went ahead with the C curl with the cat eye (my original request). It rubbed me the wrong way that not once did she consult the changes with me. I wish she had told me that she was going to change her plan. Also I think she assumed I had been there before, because she didn't send me home with any care instructions. I noticed that some lashes didn't sit straight; some were slanted and it made my lashes look weird. Second visit: I came about 2 weeks later for a fill appointment. I was told that the fill would be $49. This time, Kevin was my technician. Upon meeting him, I asked if he could straighten out the slanted lashes. He said he would try. During the process, I could tell that he took more care and skill applying the extensions. After he was done, I went to the cashier and she told me the fill would be $59. I insisted that she told me it was $49. However since Kevin already put down the price in the machine so she couldn't change it. I just sucked it up and paid it since I was in a rush. Throughout the time I had extensions, my lashes would constantly be tangled and I would have to brush them all the time. The slanted lashes really got caught in the other lashes. A few weeks later when it was time for my lashes to fall out (due to natural cycle), my lashes came out in clumps. Some of my natural lashes had up to 6 extensions on it. Due to the weight of the lashes, my follicles were ruined. I was left without any of my natural lashes. I had gone to a different LongMi location for my first visit, so I'm fairly certain it wasn't the glue/materials used. read more

I am so glad that I went to Vivian for my eyebrows tattooing. I heard great things about the procedure but was nervous and concerned about the pain and how it would turn out. Vivian's professional demeanor and advice calmed my nerves. After around 3 days of healing, my brows look amazing and very natural!
