I have had a few F & BF before, but this one was spectacular. Terri Borough did a wonderful job. She is warm, friendly and knows what she is doing. She explained to me beforehand what she would be doing and in what order. I find it helpful to know what is going on. Her touch and technique were superb. Most of the staff do not speak or understand English, and this was never clearly explained to me before I signed up. Before I enrolled, they called me constantly to get me into the program. Once I was in, getting help was almost impossible. You have to chase people for assistance, and even then, nothing really gets resolved. There is only one instructor in the evening, and he clearly shows favoritism. I did not feel supported or treated fairly in class. The supplies they sell are very low quality--comparable to cheap online products. For the prices they charge, I expected much better. On top of that, the school is not clean. The classrooms and restrooms are consistently dirty, and it doesn't seem like they maintain the place properly. If you're serious about learning and building a career, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Regardless of my daughter having her license, she was poorly taught, she would have to ask the teachers to be taught, myself, my husband and my daughter had to go in to talk to Sherry about her not being taught and Jume was a part of the conversation. Her teaching lasted 2 WEEKS! Then the teachers got lazy again and she would have to ASK to be taught. Her getting her license has nothing to do with the school but everything to do with me teaching her! Your comment really upset me, I get you're trying so hard to keep your Integrity, but it doesn't negate the fact that the teachers are lazy!

A learning environment should encourage students, not make them feel fearful or anxious. Based on my experience and the experiences shared by others, I would not recommend this school. The negative atmosphere created by certain staff members overshadows what should be a positive educational experience.

They turned on a fan on and turned it toward me. They didn't have a big pedicure chair to sit in where you put your feet down into a bath of water. They had a movable thing that they sit on and then I put my feet on it. I also put my feet in a bucket of water below me. The first girl that worked on me couldn't even cut my toenails with the clippers. My nails are not difficult to cut. An older gentleman had to take over and he pinched me with the clippers. Luckily. no skin was broke. The instructor was standing there when I said, "Ouch" and she didn't even blink or even apologize.This gentleman didn't even know how to put the nail polish on so when I got home, I had to cover my nails with more polish. Not sure if it's worth going back to this place. I would pay double the price at my nail person and get better service and not have to drive so far. I was the only person getting my nails done and there was a gentleman getting a five dollar haircut. No other customers. That should've told me something. There were quite a few supervisors just sitting around and eating. One last thing, I don't know how this the school gets accredited. I think if the health department walked in, they would be closed.

My cousin got her hair straightened using the Japanese system and she had shoulder length hair but even so, that took 5 hours. not kidding. They had to wash her hair 3 times and straighten it about 2 times. I love her hair now, its nice and smooth, only downside is that she can't get her hair wet for 3 days. =/ yuck. Hair straightening cost $40 for her hair. For longer hair it would be about $60. I think i'll come here again every month to get the oil treatment. It's such a good deal and left my hair smooth.

I truly love all the staff and the amazing events they put together. They make every holiday so special and fun for the kids Halloween, Easter, open house events, picture days, and so much more. You can really tell how much effort and love they put into creating these moments, and that's something I truly appreciate as a parent. They even allowed me to have a birthday lunch for my daughter's 4th birthday, and she was beyond thrilled. For my son's 1st birthday, they also made it feel so special. Those little moments mean everything, and it shows how much they truly care about each child. My daughter is now four, turning five, and will be graduating with her TK class. Thanks to this daycare, she already knows her ABCs and colors in Spanish, which is amazing. My one year old son already knows his colors, loves singing, and absolutely loves everyone here. What I also really appreciate is that if there is ever an issue or concern, the staff communicates it kindly and respectfully. They truly work as a team with parents to find solutions and support the child, which means so much to me. Since then, my daughter has thrived with teaching tailored to her abilities rather than her age (she has a late birthday, so in the public school system she would still be at the preschool level). Thanks to the support of her teachers, she has excelled academically. After a year at FVM, she took the GATE exam through the school district. Not only was she able to skip a grade, and she was also accepted into the GATE program. I truly believe this wouldn't have happened if she hadn't attended FVM. I'm incredibly grateful to FVM and all the staff. Ms. Sneha is such a kind and caring person. Without her, my daughter wouldn't have had the opportunity to learn here. Ms. Neranja, one of my daughter's primary teachers, holds strong teaching principles, and whenever I speak with her, I feel confident that my daughter is in good hands. My daughter often talks about her teachers at home, especially Ms. Neranja and Ms. Erika. Although my daughter has only been at FVM for a short time, the experience has had a profoundly positive impact and laid a strong foundation for her future educational goals. COL follows a well-structured curriculum tailored to each child's age and developmental stage. Children are grouped accordingly to ensure they're learning and growing in an environment best suited to their needs. The enrichment classes are a wonderful bonus--my daughter absolutely loved her ballet classes, and there are also options like piano, taekwondo, and/or dance throughout the year. Drop-off, pick-up, daily activities, and communications are all tracked through an app. The food! They serve three meals a day, and I was genuinely envious of how delicious and nutritious they looked. My daughter loved every bite--often going back for seconds and even thirds at times! Most importantly, the sense of community here is incredible. Over the years, we've built strong relationships with both staff and other families. She usually gets her hair washed and blown dry. She has also had other procedures as well. She knows most of the people that work there and has great relationships with them. *I have been there a few times and have always been satisfied. *Recently I had a Facial and a Back Facial (F & BF) with Terri Borough. I have had a few F & BF before, but this one was spectacular. Terri Borough did a wonderful job. She is warm, friendly and knows what she is doing. She explained to me beforehand what she would be doing and in what order. I find it helpful to know what is going on. Her touch and technique were superb. She also recommended a few products for my face & skin. I will definitely book Terri again, soon. I highly recommend Terri.
