    I would like to share a service complain on Comcast Xfinity...where I am not even a customer of…read moretheirs but have made multiple attempts to get them to fix their install that comes into our backyard for over a year now. Around April/May of 2020, we had Xfinity knock on our door to ask permission about accessing an electric box in our yard for neighbors that we're getting their service installed. We asked why the cables had to come to our yard, but at that point in time it was the closest connection in our new development. However, they didn't ground the wires as promised. Instead, they dangled the cables over the top of our low-level fence lines - crossing three neighbors fence lines before reaching the actual customer. We made sure to call it out to them that the way they were planning on leaving it will not work for us. And they were quick to tell us that they will have a team come to ground the wires so they're not exposed and hanging for any children (or adults for that matter) to accidentally touch. That promise has still never been met - and that's the issue we have been continuously trying to correct. We've called over 15 times - even had a service technician come out around February of 2021 where he said this is not how it should have been installed. At that point in time we were in our wet/snow season, so the gentleman told us they'd be out in May 2021 to come ground it once we got to dry season. That never happened either. I have called 6 times since July 2021 (only achieving 4 ticket numbers) but they have scheduled a technician to come on a Saturday - where they never showed. They told me on another ticket I would receive a call - which I never did. Then another time another call promise - to the same result. Then a 4th time with the same result. The last time I spoke I heard the exact same wording and knew I was only going to get the exact same result. At this point we have now filed complaints with the BBB and the FCC.

    I lost my phone three days ago, accepting that it was gone and wanting to be done with it anyway…read morebecause it was cracked and the battery was feeble and it was Time. I drove right to Verizon off Hover and, after a little wait, told the guy who helped me that "I'd like to solve this problem in the next 15 minutes." The man heard me, and the man kept it short. He was beautiful. In 15 minutes I had a new phone and was out the door. But! I went back the next day with a problem and they looked at it then and there, took it in the back and brought it back out working perfectly. Again, I was in and out of the store in less than probably 5 minutes. The employees here probably have to put up with a lot, but this kind of customer service should be emulated world wide.

The person who was picked to help me quickly determined he couldn't do anything in the store and said I had to call customer service. He asked if I wanted him to push me through or to be given a number that I could call at home. I said I would stay in case I needed more help in store. I continued to sit on the phone with customer service for over an hour in the store while the employee sat on his phone completely ignoring me and offering no further assistance. I've been a long time Verizon customer (decades) and I remember when representatives in the store would call customer service for us. I sat there until after closing on the phone while customer service was trying to figure out how to help me as the four employees that were there just sat around on their phones. No desire to help me, just waiting until they could go home. I finally left while still on the phone with customer service who ultimately told me they couldn't help me and then proceeded to hang up on me. I am so incredibly disappointed in this store and in Verizon. This is was the complete opposite of customer service. I wish I could share a picture.

First, they blow up my phone every month when my payment is due - as if I didn't know I had a phone bill! I've talked to several agents who have said they adjusted my account so that wouldn't happen. But if anything, it's happening even more. Last Christmas I received TWO texts and a voice message - three days AFTER making a payment. Then on a WEEKEND some rep called saying "your account came across my desk." (Vague much?) It turns out my device won't be supported as of next year and he wanted to discuss my options. So send me a freaking email instead of disturbing me on my day off! I'm not paying to be harASSed!!! They also have THE most annoying voice messaging system I've ever had to deal with. Before you can listen to your message, you have to sit through a recording telling you the day, date, time, caller's number and duration. Like I can't see most of that on my caller ID. And I'll find out the duration when/if I listen to the message! I have voiced these concerns to Verizon, but they are indifferent for the most part. One rep told me that all voice messaging systems are like theirs, but that is NOT true. Most give you the option the hear all the excessive details IF you're interested or have all day. Verizon does not seem to have any respect for their customers' time or privacy... or their feedback. HORRIBLE customer service.

    I have been with NETEO practically from the beginning. Many years. Their service was top notch…read more Phones were always answered and the tech support people were the best. Their communication, if you sign-up, keeps you informed of the status of the complete system. That is top notch. A few folks that had been with the company for years left the company. I feel they helped get the business up and running and left it in good hands. Something has changed. The phones are no longer picked up from Tech Support, Billing, or Sales. It seems they might be short on people. If you leave a message as the system instructs, you do not hear back. You can keep calling back and no one answers once they are open. They have a service that is not within Colorado who eventually picks up the call and takes messages only. They have no information on any details of the company, just takes a message. I hope something changes in the very near future. It is not the staffs issue; they need better support. The staff is always professional and so nice. NETEO internet system itself is great. The issue is lack of communication. It was the best out there for internet service up in the foothills. The internet service itself is great and the price is very reasonable. The heart of any company is communication and that has been lacking for months now. I hope it can be corrected in the very near future.
