Just upgraded one of our iPhones and Verizon located this retailer for me on their web page. Now this month on my Verizon bill I was charged a one-time upgrade fee of $35 (in addition to the set-up fee) In my opinion I felt that this was a double charge. After numerous tries I finally talked to Verizon Customer service and found out that Cellular Sales of Colorado is an independent vendor (not a true Verizon rep). I even tried calling Cellular sales at (720)356-4143 to get a better explanation but the phone only rang (and rang) and they never answered or nor would they let me leave a message. My recommendation for a Verizon phone is to go directly to an authorized dealer.

They will do great!…read more My home internet has been terrible for far too long and it's been frustrating trying to find something else..... the only thing that seemed like it would solve our problems was Starlink...: my husband wouldn't commit to helping me install it and wanted me to find someone who could do it and do it right! I poked around on the internet and I mainly ended up with random companies that were not "local" then I found Next Step Communications... I did their online form to get them to contact me and they did so basically instantly. The best part was that it was an actual person and not an automated system response. Jason & Ryan were on top of it and ready to help me however they could. I asked tons of questions and serval I probably asked serval times. My husband had some questions that I emailed them back and forth about. In no time it was evident that they were the ones that we wanted to install Starlink. The starlink equipment was ordered and the installation was scheduled. My starlink came sooner than expected and they adjusted their schedule to accommodate the early installation Their crew to install was two very nice guys who did a great job. Not only did they bring their booties to wear in the house but they literally had everything they needed in their vehicle. Ive had several different installers that have came to my home over the years and it usually stresses me out because they make an absolute mess and they have zero respect for your clean home and nice things. BUT Next Step Communications did a great job on the installation of my new Starlink service! The service requested was definitely completed with 100% satisfaction! It was so pleasant to have this experience with the crew from Next Step Communications. They even had a little shop vac to clean up behind themselves. Drop cloths, ladders of every size, mounts and cords for the starlink to adjust to their needs for this particular project. I was forced to use this ISP service in order to access my own domain when using a QWEST DSL…read moreaccount. From day 1 I have had nothing but problems with their billing. They can't seem to get it right, or they claim that my credit card is not valid after using it for months to successfully bill me for service. I called them to complain about excessive bandwidth charges and they said they would "get back to me" to let me know what had occurred and what could be done to resolve it. They never called. I had to call them repeatedly and finally just gave up after the 5th call. The worst part is that they are completely incapable of just picking up the phone to call me (I have to call them) or even sending me an email when there is a problem. They simply just mark my account with LATE payment status and add late charges. No one could be bothered to just call me to let me know they were having problems with the credit card (that had not changed in years). They are nice enough on the phone, but their service is DOG SLOW and their accounting department is completely incompetent in every respect. No excuse for this sort of incompetence.
