The lady is super nice and it's like a crepe but it's made with healthy ingredients all hand made by the vendors , I skipped the beef hotdog, sand the lady told me this is actually a traditional food in Shang Dong China for hundreds of years ! The guy who helped us was so nice and let me sample a few items before I made my decision. My husband ordered chile verde and beef. My roll had plenty of meat and had a few big chunks that you can really bite into. It had some butter on the lobster but not so much that it was oily. Just perfect. I cant believe how good it was to taste this awesome explosion of deliciousness and I cant wait to get back to try the sandwich with mayo; you know for research. Next time I will also try the lobster bisque soup. Green salsa was watered down, red salsa tasted of just Chile de arbol and nothing else, guac tasted like pre made powder. The lady who took our order was nice and as a whole everything wasn't insanely bad but the fact that we even had to ask for specific salsas and any other sides/condiments was pretty annoying. There's no way for you to know what they have because they don't have it out or just give it to you. We never got lime or extra onions because we didn't know we had to ask.
