Tried to schedule an appointment about the knocking noise in my car and this AI system they have to take calls scheduled me for 9am Monday. Then I get a text saying actually it's Tuesday at ten am. If i could give zero stars I would. Bought my own breaks and pads and rotors but still was charged over 300. After they changed it, immediately my breaks seized up and had to pay an extra 200. Do not got here, they can't even change oil right, had shocks done as well, went back for a noise the day after, tried to upsell me a $1500 job, took it up to another brake shop, not only did Brake Stop not do the job right, but tried to upsell me some bogus repair. Did my brakes pass and routers for $500 while everyone else was quoting me 1,200 and they did a good job.

Broke down and tired to to their shop as recommended. First they said it was the clutch. After installing it at last minute they said the transmission was shot. Bought one, no help from them, had them install it. Turned it on and a loud metal grinding sound came from under hood and it shook horribly. I showed him and he says I sont hear it. Closed hood and left. I tried to drive it but it wouldn't. I left it and he calls me in morning. I told him again. After taking a look he said they forgot a bolt. Now it quit with that but ran aweful. Looked underneath and one bolt on transmission was broke off and one missing. Engine would bounce when driving and you could hear a leak. Took it in and he changed a manifold gasket seal on engine 350 bucks. After driving it I could hear the leak. I looked right in plain sight the bolt wasnt sticking out a inch. Drovenit for a day and the transmission came unbolted and engine is all pulled down from the weight. I called again and he said they would take a look. I live 45 minutes away. He even mentioned at one point he told his kids to slap it together. They looked like barely 18. Finally I gave up. The car still sits in driveway a year later 3500 I gaventhem in total. That should be against the law. Im sure the money i gave them worked. They had no intrest in making it right. He said I could tow it there. How are you gonna say that to a guy?That's already brought it to you several times and there's forty five minutes away. Give me a break. It's no wonder they shut that shop down. Very reasonable cost for a synthetic oil change. Nice people and 2 locations. The waiting area on tenant way leaves something to be desired. The TV isn't able to be turned off or down or anything, even if you're the only one in the small room. The building also has a very strong fake floral grape laundry detergent air freshener type of smell which was ultimately what made me turn back around and stand outside in the sun to wait for my vehicle to be done. There's also a potentially non-family friendly mural or painting somewhere near the front desk. For some reason I can't recall what it was but do recall wondering why it was there. But I'll still go here and I know that these things won't bother everyone. Overall a good value. read more

I went in for an oil change, after having it done my car starting running like shit, I started noticing it smelt hot and leaking fluid underneath, so I had my boyfriend check my fluids and under the hood. He noticed that my protective plate was completely missing and I was going through antifreeze bad. So he took it to his work mechanic and they looked underneath and my plate had been CUT off! Why?! I in the 8 years of having my car have NEVER had anyone need to CUT my car up just to do an oil change. So beyond livid especially without even telling me nor even asking and taking it upon themselves to hack up my car and have it start running like shit to only have it cost me more money. Leaking main brake line on my truck. Was told the gas tank would need dropped in order to remove old line and install new. That of course nearly tripled the cost of the job. When I got home I crawled under to inspect the job. A new line had been installed below the gas tank and old line was cut and left installed above the tank. They did not drop the tank and install the line properly. It was not protected or secured in any fashion. Just stung along the frame exposed and rubbing on anything and everything. Called to complain and was told to bring it back so they could do the job properly. I did but they of course did not. The line was now installed inside a rubber hose and brackets held it to the frame in a few places. Tried calling again and again with no answer. Several times a day for 3 days but guess they saw my number on caller ID and did not answer. read more

I had the best experience with Josh. I had my serpentine belt go out. Jiffy lube wanted to charge me $89.99. It was less that $50.00 with these guys. They also replace my rear wheel bearing for less than $200.00. I will forever thake my car here. read more

They did what was asked but a day latter it was back the way it was before I took it in. And then I asked them 2 CV axles on a rodeo and they did one for 100 then they wanted like 500 Todo the other one and also didn't grease the bearings like they said they did and also broke one of the silver clips that hold the boot on to the axle and I had to re do it my self. read more

Just had my fourth brake job done here. They are knowledgeable and do a good job. Disappointed this time because of the surprise surcharge of 2% for debit cards. Debit cards are processed through PayPal. Didn't see a sign indicating so or I would have brought cash. I would recommend this shop for brakes, just plan on spending 2% more if you plan on using debit card. read more
