The one time I had any sort of issue, was when my bill was substantially higher than we had discussed up front. I brought it to their attention (cordially!!!) and the issue was resolved in a way that was fair both them me for me. If I had to give one piece of constructive criticism, it would just be scheduling. They are generally booked at least a week or two out. But to me, that just tells me they must be great to work with (as I'm obviously not the only one willing to wait to get in)!
